We contacted Ben looking for a quick sale of my mother's condo. Within days Ben viewed the condo, made recommendations to prepare it for sale as well as recommended a price for a quick sale. After we had cleaned and cleared the condo Ben looked after everything from assisting in plumbing repairs, to mocking up condo photos, to becoming the contact for the condo management, to granting other agents access to the condo. We had multiple offers and Ben worked to the last minute to get us the best price. Knowing how hard Ben worked on our sale, I highly recommend others use him for their real estate transactions.
We highly recommend Ben as a real estate agent. He was referred to us by another realtor. We've only bought a home before and the selling process was new to us. He was always available and very quick to get back to us and was patient dealing with us in answering any questions we had and helped us to keep calm navigating what could have been a very stressful situation. He was very confident that our condo would sell even with the market downturn. We really appreciated his experience and expertise with the Toronto real estate market. Really put us at ease. It took a little longer to sell our condo but we got the price we wanted and we're very happy about that. He also was very helpful with information about Guelph, which is where we're moving to, as he worked and lived there before. Couldn't have asked for a better realtor to work with.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about Ben!! He worked with us tirelessly and with the patience of a saint!  We purchased a condo in downtown Toronto all the way from Sudbury.  Ben took us to see a few places in person; but because we couldn't come down all the time, he adapted to our needs and took us on virtual tours.  He has excellent knowledge of the complex Toronto market and is extremely trustworthy.  We bought our condo, site unseen except for Ben's virtual tour knowing Ben personally vetted the property for us.  He treated our purchase as if he were the one making it.   One of the very best agents out there by far!!

Ben is your superpower dealing with complexity in real estate in Toronto. He recently helped us find an incredible lease, managing enormous amounts of documentation, paperwork, questions and changes in this wildly competitive market. He went above and beyond the call I'm not sure when he sleeps to be honest and we were able to secure an amazing lease. He continues to help us out after signing. Highly, highly recommend!
