Love this place. Very friendly. Alisa behind the pick up counter works very hard to get your order right and so friendly. The manager, Dave, will help you out if you don’t get the correct order delivered to you and allow your credit the next time you come in. Great coffee!
Ordered delivery and asked for our food to be handed to us. They put it on the porch and left. Never knocked on the door, never rang our doorbell and never called us. Absolutely unbelievable terrible customer service. Over tipped because I’m trying to support local employees but it turns out $1 tip would have been too much.
I've always gotten great service....but today they accidentally skipped something from my order and the manager was so kind to offer to replace it and he even drove to my home himself plus gave me a desert!! Great customer Service!! So I highly recommend this Panara Bread!!
Good hot broccoli cheddar soup and delicious roast turkey sandwich
Nice, but when ordering for work events things are missing or food order is mixed up.
I ordered the oatmeal with added granola, paid for it and I sit down to eat it . . . No granola. the only way to fix it is to go back to the location. Nope! Was just passing by. Asked if the "credit" could be transferred to a location of my request, was told "I dont think I can do that, I'll call and see".
This place skips putting all of the toppings on your sandwiches repeatedly. Telegraph Panera is way more reliable.
I stop here every morning on the way to work. Can't beat the $8.99 coffee subscription, and the service is always friendly. Laurie sp? Is the best.
The food is great, but the employees are awesome! Best service around, from the manager all through the place.
