I have never order online before. I was ordering a bacon turkey bravo for my husband. I mark a milk allergy. In the comments I said no sauce, mayo please. I then click that I wanted tomato turkey bacon salt and pepper. Unknowingly I was clicking them out. My husband’s sandwich had lettuce and cheese. As the receipt clearly says allergens milk why was there cheese on the sandwich??? Is there no quality control? Clearly I understand my mistake. But I can’t even call to get this resolved because you’re not answering I can’t come in to fix this. I have Covid.
What its like coming here to get a coffee. You arrive and use kiosk. Then you grab your cup but no lid. Then you have to walk down to the soda area where you find no lids. You wait to ask for a lid. Then you go to put half n half in your cup but,none left. You have to wait again to get half n half. A manager takes it but doesn't fill it. Puts it on the counter. She proceeded to do something else. You are still waiting. Five minutes she then fills up the half n half and hands it to you. You put half n half in and realize the coffee area is a hot mess. You start cleaning the area because it has not been kept up on at all. You then go to finally get the Coffee and there isn't enough coffee to make a large. You then have to wait to tell someone but then they have to make more. So now something you thought was going to be in and out you are now waiting 20 min or more to get a coffee. Seriously not worth at all coming here for coffee. Id rather drive out of my way for coffee and or pleasant workers. Do you know when you go in a restaurant and everything is great then it slowly goes down hill. The previous experience isn't a one time thing,its like often. Get my salad,asked for balsamic. I go to open the dressing n it sorta looks like balsamic but I taste it and it was very sweet. I go back to the counter and inquire. The man says oh that's Tai ...of course. All my allergies prob rapped into one. The girl starts looking of ingredients. The manager jumps in. He gives me a water after I asked him for one. Taking forever so I went to go sit down thinking they'd find me to let me know. Sitting there, getting hives but not alot because I didn't take that big of a bite. They never came to find me, Never tried to see if I was ok. Surprising. I just delt with it because I'm used to this kind of stuff. Just lucky I get hives n not anything worse. Moral of the story is check your stuff and before tasting, check in with kitchen because after u eat it you probably won't get any information like I did . Decided to give it another chance after a long break..so far so good. Fingers crossed. Haven't had the best experiences.
False Advertising? I did the You Pick 2 offer, but they gave me only a 1/2 salad. I asked about where it says that, and they said it doesn't. They said I can speak to a manager. He said: "You're the 1st person to say this in 7 years.... I'm not giving you a whole salad".
App is fairly easy to navigate. Really wish they had gluten free bread options bagels wraps sliced breads etc .. kinda really sucks! Consider adding to your menu. They offer specific parking Spot for curbside or online order picks ups. They are located right by Ulta. Across from Target. Ample parking.
I ordered a medditerian veggies sandwich , I got a piece of tomato, a piece of cucumber, lettuce, and a few drops of feta cheese on a small piece of bread. The price was $8.19. It was highway robbery. Panera used to be a good place to eat.
Panera is the best kind of fast food. Always delicious salads and sandwiches and the coffee is worth a second cup. This location did not let me down and free internet.
Terrible service today, November 12 @ 2:30pm... cashier rolling their eyes for a question because the self-check doesn't work. I asked an insignificant manager for help, and he said if you want a food order with her or door always is open, I'm busy to waste my time! I am a regular customer, and always welcome there, but after today, I don't sure if I will back. If I am the manager And I have a problema with a cashier, I will take the order myself for have a happy customer
They never put my grab and go order in the shelf to pick up, so I have to get someone to grab it from the cart behind them when it's been sitting there for 10 min. 25% of the time my order is missing something. The girl today was rude to me and another customer. Last week my wife was there and heard an employee cursing loudly. They need more adult supervision at this place.
I don't know how they're so busy all the time. Just slightly above average food but the French Onion Soup was TERRIBLE. No way does it even resemble FOS. Order it and see for yourself. Then return it like I should have.
Horrible experience. The service was sub par food was well beyond dissatisfactory. Used to like this location Panera but the quality has dropped beyond poor here. Definitely wouldnt recommend this Panera, better off going to different location.
