Absolutely brand new beautiful restaurant! People were on par with a five star restaurant! Seriously folks, this establishment is the best. Ingredients were fantastic! Fresh and excellent! Well done folks! Well done!
Food was tasty but not quick. Atmosphere was lacking and many tables were dirty. Impersonal environment. Ordering was completed at a kiosk, and food was sitting on a counter when ready. Wasn't even sure I was picking up the right food. Plenty of parking available and restrooms were clean
I haven't been to a Panera restaurant in 3 years because there are better choices out there. The lady who took my order was very nice, but she couldn't tell me why my 1/2 sandwiches was 8.19 and the bill came out to 10.39. All I had was a half of a sandwich. Nothing else. The sandwich is listed at $8.19, why did the final bill come to $10.39. All she could tell me was the taxes made it higher. Are you kidding me!! You do the math. Idaho taxes are 6%.nAll of the tables were not wiped down, very messy looking dinning room. nNext time I want a sandwich it'snLocal Deli for me.
Every time I come into this location there is a problem. This time I ordered a green goddess Cobb with chicken only for them to change their mixed greens to iceberg lettuce and no chicken. Personally having an allergy to the iceberg lettuce, I cannot eat this salad and it was a waste of money. I did call and was only offered an in person refund. As someone why is used to St Louis quality of Panera, they ought to be ashamed of their lack of quality.
Service is very very slow and incompetent. Waited 20 minutes in line to order and then was told they were out of multiple things at 11 AM, including avocado. Theres a geocery store in the same parking lot. Go get more like other restaurants do?nThis visit was to redeem a free meal offered to me because I waited 40 minutes in the DRIVE THRU for a half sandwich and soup. I left without even getting anything.
