Today was my first time ever trying Panera. The cashier was very polite and engaging. When I asked what she recommended, she was able to throw something out there; although I decided to order something other than what she said. The turkey chili was excellent with the perfect amount of spice. The Napa chicken salad sandwich was good too although they could've put more chicken salad on the sandwich.... they were kind of skimpy with that. I'll be going here again in the future.

Fortunately the food is good here but in my experience the service needs some help. The clerk seemed bored and was half asleep. I just wanted 2 bagels sliced to go. Fairly simple order but the top quarter of the bagel was sliced diagonally. Probably should have checked before I left the store but didn't think this order could be messed up. Second Visit: Upgraded to 5 stars. Excellent staff . I had one of their salad bowls this time. Really good food!!!

Ordered online for a salad and soup at the rapid pick up station. They had my order correct, but as I got to the end of my salad, I pulled a long hair in my mouth that was entangled in the chicken on my salad. Very disappointed that I couldn’t finish the rest of my food because my appetite had gone away. Won’t be going back.

Worst delivery service I have experienced! I set my order around 12:30 pm the estimated time for my food to be prepared and delivered was about 45-50 mins, which was understandable being around lunch time, however, I refreshed the the delivery time and it tells me that my food would be delivered by 1:15 pm and the driver did not leave till 1:20 pm --> still have not received my food. I had finally received my food at 1:50 (one hour and twenty mins after). On top of that the food was very disappointing, I had ordered a chicken salad sandwich and the chicken salad was the size of a golf ball in the middle of the sandwich with plenty of lettuce and tomatoes. I am not much of a stickler when it comes to food, but the sandwich was not proportional at all, it was like eating a salad between two loafs of bread with extra mayo.

Be sure to check your order if you are doing rapid pickup, to go, or delivery, they are always missing some food item that you purchased.
