Bruegger's Bagels

Stopped in to this location for the first time. Everything was perfect from the moment I walked in. Very clean and pleasant . What was most impressive was the staff. The two young ladies that were preparing the bagels here attentive and very friendly. What was most impressive was the the general manager Nicole (thanks for wearing that name tag). She was so friendly and smiling from ear to ear. She truly made me feel like she was happy to help me and happy I was there. Its rare to get service such as this. Can't wait to go back to see her smiling face. Bruegger's is very lucky to have her!

Sunday October 22, 2017 I spoke with the General Manager about an order of sun-dried tomato bagels. She informed me that on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 to call ahead and request my order. I just called Bruegger's Bagels at 6:08 AM. The woman who answered said that she could not fulfill my order, that she was working totally alone, and she had to make several deliveries. She keep insisting that she was "working by herself today"! She informed me that could come in Bruegger's but she wouldn't be able to take my order or have it ready. This experience was very disappointing and a waste of time, especially because I planned ahead and normal have great service for this store. Keep Nicole working she knows what she is doing and how to treat patrons, in particular early in the morning. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Great bagels and helpful and friendly staff. I think Wednesday they have a special on bakers dozen with cream cheese.

Highly recommended spot for bagels and sandwiches. Service is excellent also.

This was my first time ordering from this bagel shop. Usually I buy bagels from panera bread but I wanted to try something new. I pre ordered 18 different bagels over the phone for Pick up today at 7am at the fox point location in Wisconsin. When I arrived I was greeted and right away handed a box of freshly baked bagels and a menu. The manager introduce himself as Tony and was very friendly! The bagels was a hit at my job and he got everything right Down to the cream cheese! I would highly recommend this place especially this location! I want to thank Tony for the prompt and friendly service. I will definitely be back
