Got our order wrong 3 times ... food was cold, staff was rude ... have been here a few times with the same problem... never coming to this Panera again would rather go to the one in Chapel hill or even Alliance

It's a step above the typical burger or taco fast food dispensary but not by a wide margin. Panera gas gone downhill over the past few years.

Definitely have good food. Reasonably friendly staff, had a great sandwich, but the soup was just okay.

I tried to give this location half a star but it wouldn't let me. My coworkers and I decided to order by phone from this location. I called in and placed the pick up for 11:45 a.m., a forty five minute notice. When I arrived, it was 11:43 and the order had not been started. I waited for 15 minutes past my pick up time while multiple people who had come in after me and placed an order got their food. When a manager finally showed up, she asked if the order was ready, to which an employee responded with "yeah its been ready I just didn't know if they wanted a handle bag". My order had been sitting there the entire time the employees were goofing off, while no one bothered to hand it to me or even ask about something as trivial as what bag I wanted. When I finally got my food, it was cold. Very poor service and would not recommend this location. Go to Stow, its better.
