5 stars for the food... 3 because it's disgusting inside. Walls are covered in slimy fingerprints and streaks. When we were dining in we she was given dirty silverware. Clearly had been used and no real apology just sorry here's a new spoon. We do love the food but always get it to go now because of the atmosphere.

Not very busy, but food took forever. Beautiful store, however, floors, tables and bathrooms were dirty. They were out of a couple key items. First time at this location, there are much better ones than this in Des Moines. Management needs to step up.

It took forever to get my food after I ordered it. I'm used to waiting 5 to 10 minutes for food at most Panera Bread restaurants. I waited just over 19 minutes, which I verified with my receipt and phone clock when I got my food. I arrived at about 5:30 PM on a Wed. The restaurant looked to be filled with about 30% of its max capacity and the workers were obviously taking their time. They were working the whole time and not chit-chatting with each other. They were just moving slow. I wouldn't have minded the wait so much if they were busy, but they weren't. Other than that, the store was on par with other Panera Bread stores.

Great atmosphere, very relaxed and quiet enough to get some stuff done if easily distracted at home. A lot of outlets so your paper writing binge sessions can last as long as you can. You can even get coffee there as well as a lot of tasty and healthy products that will satisfy you and your waste line if so desired. Customer service could be a tad better however they make that up with all their food friendly to all ages!

Good food at a ok price. Employees never seem to be in a hurry or even care your standing at the register. Takes longer to order my food than to eat it. I get soup, what takes so long to get precooked soup out of a pot.🍞🍜🍞🍜🛑🛑
