Nice Panera location on Holland’s northside. Fresh, REAL food- and more expensive because of those facts. My only complaint is that the soup is never served hot enough!
This location seems to always either get some part of my order wrong or something about it is not up to standard. They do not respond to the online form on the website I always get to-go food and do not go back to tell them because it is a hassle. The staff is friendly and nice, but it doesn't seem like they are checking orders before they go out.
Very good service. We had a problem with our order and they addressed it well, thanks Tim! We love the Creamy Tomato soup, it is best eaten next to the fireplace! Vegetarian options: Quite a few vegetarian options, indicated by a green leaf on the menu.
My food is always what I expect! Always what I need! The sweets today were amazing y’all! We got three!!! Delicious as always! Thank you for your services! Keep up the good work! P.s. The Caramel Cold brew frozen was amazing!
First time was great but the second time I realized I could almost do a month's shopping with the amount they charge for a sandwich. Crazy.....good but not that good. God bless! Food: 3/5
They didn't bother puting avocado on my chicken Avocado melt and then when asked about it they supplied me a bowl with 3 pieces of avocado in it. I was like what am I gonna do with this. So instead of making my sandwich the right way this was their remedy.
Excelent service, not too crazy prices, the sausage, egg, cheese on asiago bagel here is my new favorite breakfast sandwich.Food: 5/5
Thank so much for Spot's doggy treats. The young girl was so nice I haven't seen that kind of customer service in a long time. My soup was amazing and my sandwich was very good as well.
The Grand Haven Panera is clean and orderly. Panera is pricey for this style of restaurant but the atmosphere here is nice.
