Panera Bread

Very pleased with my experience with the order online and car side pickup during the busy lunch hour. Ordered the strawberry poppyseed salad, a pick two with brocolli cheddar soup and the turkey avocado blt, and two of their specialty lemonades/teas. The car side pickup was quick and easy and all was ready in time. Food was tasty as always.

Usually this is amazing, but today my lunch was really sad. I ordered a Frontera chicken sandwich with no tomato and instead of the usual, I got bread, chicken, a little onion, and maybe a little bit of basil. I really love the sauce that is usual on it, but not today. It's pretty dry without it, even though the Foccacia is really good.

I might not like panera bread idk everytime I've went the food is stale and put way too much cheese on everything... I love cheese but dang that's a lot of cheese. I keep trying to convince myself the bread isn't bad that's why they're called panera bread but everytime it's my least favorite part. The only reason it's 2 stars is the staff was very friendly and nice.

Stopped here on our way through town. It was our first time having Panera and we all enjoyed our meals. The staff was super friendly. Place needed a bit of cleaning - bathrooms were a bit dirty and a lot of the tables needed wiped but nothing disgusting. Otherwise, we enjoyed our visit and would eat here again.

Very disappointed in my experience here today. Ordered three bowls of broccoli cheddar soup which I have had at other Panera Bread locations and have never experienced this and at least two of our soups had hair that staff claimed to be cheese. I don’t think cheese should be plastic-y and stingy? The bread on the side was stale, and multiple times I heard staff members rudely talking to other staff. Very poor experience, hoping next time is better.

The bakery is pretty good, but we can't hardly ever get anything because they always sell out of bagels and refuse to make more. The rest of the food is pretty terrible. They should stick with just the bakery. The customer service is awful. They're rude and don't care about making it a good experience for their customers. I don't understand how they can still be in business.

Great food! My orders are always missing half of the food. Always out of drinks. So don’t join their sip club. Complain & you get coupons that don’t cover your loss. I have even contacted corporate. Nothing happens! So make sure they get your order right. My worst experience was when I ordered via app & they charged me. I get there & guess what they decided to close early. More coupon offers

Well… there’s no chicken on my Baja chicken so now I’m having a hard time understanding why I was holding up the line on this

ordered chicken noodle soup, got broth with 3 carrots and a couple shreds of chicken, soup was also cold. also why have the number plaques at self check out if the food isn’t delivered to the table? we sat and waited no food, they didn’t even call the table plaque number to let us know our food was done

Typically, I've had great experiences here, but today on my lunch break I ordered a chipotle chicken and bacon pizza. And there is no chicken or bacon on it. You guys really screwed me out of my money today. How hard is it to make a pizza guys? All you have to do is put the ingredients on it that are literally in its name. Smh very dissapointed
