I don't like to write about corporate places but this is our go-to Panera. It's on the pricey side but the food is made fresh. I recommend the chicken and wild rice soup and the turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich. It's a good choice for a quick pick up on the way home. Orders can be called in so that's nice. The food is good!  Kid-friendliness: I always see families at this location. Soups, cookies, chips.  Parking: They have their own small lot and they share a parking lot with other businesses.

Nice outdoor seating available for summer time . Lot of indoor seating available. Convenient parking right outside. Prices are reasonable. Chicken tikka soup is new item , which tasted good but we can hardly find any chicken in that soup . Buffalo chicken sandwich is very tasty but it is saucy and little too spicy for me. Chipotle chicken is the best of all . Pair for 2 is a good menu option which will save you couple of bucks for soup and sandwich combo .

I have been to this location several times, had the napa almond chicken salad sandwich before, and enjoyed it. But today what I received was a fraction of the chicken salad, not even enough to cover the bread. I came on a busy Saturday evening, and maybe they were running out of the chicken salad. But this was unacceptable.

Ordered this sandwich with bacon and scrabled egg; the order came swimming in egg yolk and no bacon, Disgusting. This location Everett Mall way consistently gets my orders wrong and/or makes it unedible Im done with this store.

We had a problem with a gift card I had purchased for my husband for Christmas.  I talked with April at the bakery.  She was very kind and understanding.  She took the pertinent information and said I would hear back from her by the end of the day.  Indeed, she called me back within a few hours and had resolved the issue in an acceptable manner.  Thanks to April for making this so easy-I had been dreading the call as so many times, people are undertrained or simply don’t care.  It was a happy ending and I am grateful. April is very customer oriented! And thanks to the many nice people who work there.

They gave me the wrong side with my order, and my chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich had no avocado on it.

We got here at 7PM. They close at 8PM. Nothing was in the showcases. All foods were put up.  We ordered tea. 5 minutes later they started vacuuming the place!. We were looking for a nice quiet ending of our Sunday and something light to eat. Didn't happen:

Customer service here is great and food is always appetizing. Eat-in option has ample seating for meetings or large group gatherings. Managers are on top of everything and even being food out to you themselves. I recommend their French onion soup and green smoothies.

They just never have anything in stock. My regular store is much better at supply and demand. I’ve been to this location several different times and they never have anything I want. Doesn’t even matter what time of day.

My girlfriend absolutely loves the broccoli cheese soup. My steak sandwich was more of a roast beef than steak. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was nice and clean.
