I love running in here to grab a coffee and bagel when I am in the area. The service is quick and they have I love their decaf coffee. I wish they had more vegan options, but I realize that would be a corporate decision and not a local store decision. However, there are options for vegans and options that can be made vegan with substitutions.

This was our 1st time ever going to Panera Bread on February 20th. It was great. The customer service was on point. Very sweet genuine people. The food was great. We got a variety of things for our family of four. And everyone loved everything. We also left with dessert.Food: 5/5

Stopped here on the way back home from a business trip to Memphis.  5 stars because they perfectly nailed all key items.  Super friendly helpful staff, order was completed quickly.  Food was delicious.  Restrooms clean.  Well done.  :

Both Mederanian Veggie and the Turkey Bravo were enjoyed. Had Bacon diced up on Turkey Bravo, instead of slices. Good call. Mango & the Lamonade Agave tea drinks great also. Tell Anita that SIPES sent ya! Dine in - OUTSIDE

Generally, Panera is one of my go tos for quick grab & go food. However, this Bartlett location has repeatedly been less than desirable. The rapid pickup orders are never ready at the promised time. Additionally, I only find out that there are several missing ingredients to what I've ordered after I've picked up my food. There's no communication loop in real time that lets a customer know when key ingredients to a certain dish are missing. This is a real problem!

Such an amazing awesome PB experience I just had. They’re ALL superb. However, this one includes free hugs. Love from the people and they include that love in the great food. Amen Amen and Amen!  Parking: Plenty  Dietary restrictions: Had no issues with holding the sugar from the oatmeal

Panera Bread is one of my favorite chains.    Their soups and salads are all great.  Their sandwiches are well thought out and beats the traditional sandwich every time.   The only thing I have to watch out for are the pastries, breads, and cookies that share the space.  They are very tempting.Food: 5/5

I ordered the Spicy Chicken Take sandwich with a fountain drink and a bag of chips and my total was $16.12. The sandwich was not bad even though the bun was cold, but it was definitely not worth the money I paid. Staff was friendly but the food is overpriced.

We had the turkey avocado BLT. It tasted fine, but little effort went into the preparation of the sandwich. Who wants a half of an avocado on one half of a sandwich? Also, the crust of the bread was way too tough to eat. There's no way I'd pay $13 for this sandwich again.Food: 2/5

I tried Panera several years ago. It was average and expensive. It is now below average and expensive.  Originally,  I came in for breakfast.  But it was a weekday, so breakfast was shut down a half hour earlier than the weekend. Really? So, we ordered a signature sandwich. Wow! Bad handwriting.  Plus the bench seats need re-upholstered.  The breakfast still looks amazing. Sonya was very nice.
