One of those nights where we didn't want to cook but wanted a quick meal, so Panera to the rescue. Quick service and the food was fresh and good. The broccoli soup is just amazing. The bread was fresh, and we enjoyed sitting by the fire.Food: 5/5
Two separate occasions. Still the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. First time was on a Saturday, waited 20 minutes for my food, the people who were preparing the food were tossing things onto the counter and sliding bags of chips to customers. Was annoyed, but partly my fault because I went in on a Saturday. Fine. Ordered it to be delivered the next time and then checked the app to see where my order was and supposedly it was delivered, but I did not have my food. I tried to reorder my food since they gave me a credit, but they wanted me to leave ANOTHER tip! Like wouldn’t let me order my food again UNLESS I gave a tip! I’m sorry. But that’s doordash’s issue to figure out, not mine. I’m already paying another delivery fee, I’m not leaving another tip on top of that. Will never return to this location even if it were the last place standing in West Hartford.
Most of the tables were dirty with crumbs, and the food was way way way too overpriced. I paid over $17 for a sandwich and bowl of soup and I was very disappointed in the quality. I doubt I'll be going back here anytime soon. Other than my disappointment with everything... well, that's it. The staff was nice and all, but what's the point of asking our names for the order if they're not going to call it out when the food is ready. Parking: Plenty of spots out front.
Hey beautiful atmosphere fireplace soups and sandwiches ,coffee,and conversation beautiful spot. The decor is a lovely. I like this place a whole lot of course they have bagels. The pastries are amazing I like the bow tie pastery my ex-wife likes the barefoot design pastry Panera bread is a winner. Winner winner chicken dinner.Food: 5/5
More often then not when I try to order food from this Panera location they are out of at least 1 ingredient. I like the feature on the app that tells you this but it is so frustrating they are always out of ingredients, especially today as it was the bread they were out of. Seriously?!? Isn't Panera a bakery?!? As a result I end up going to a different location everytime.
Sandwiches are normally very good. Today we had the smokehouse barbecued chicken which was overwhelmed by excessively salty and spicy sauce which aside from that was not very tasty.
Good choices for vegans. Mediterranean Sandwich is particularly good. Cozy and contemporary ambience. The staff is friendly. Wide variety of soups, sandwiches, salads, bagels, doughnuts and beverages.
Gm to Everyone, I just ve to share this with you,if u want a delicious breakfast sandwich come here at Panera in West Hartford u get what u pay for fresh food ask for the Asiago Bgl u can get the way u want it.its Soooo Good! It's filling, the service by Claire is nice too. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to all.
Only come to Panera for coffee on Sip club. This Panera has the worst iced cofee ever. If you don't want to serve coffee, just say it. Don't make me come to your store, only to find myself drinking terrible coffee
