Two separate occasions. Still the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. First time was on a Saturday, waited 20 minutes for my food, the people who were preparing the food were tossing things onto the counter and sliding bags of chips to customers. Was annoyed, but partly my fault because I went in on a Saturday. Fine. Ordered it to be delivered the next time and then checked the app to see where my order was and supposedly it was delivered, but I did not have my food. I tried to reorder my food since they gave me a credit, but they wanted me to leave ANOTHER tip! Like wouldn’t let me order my food again UNLESS I gave a tip! I’m sorry. But that’s doordash’s issue to figure out, not mine. I’m already paying another delivery fee, I’m not leaving another tip on top of that. Will never return to this location even if it were the last place standing in West Hartford.
Most of the tables were dirty with crumbs, and the food was way way way too overpriced. I paid over $17 for a sandwich and bowl of soup and I was very disappointed in the quality. I doubt I'll be going back here anytime soon. Other than my disappointment with everything... well, that's it. The staff was nice and all, but what's the point of asking our names for the order if they're not going to call it out when the food is ready. Parking: Plenty of spots out front.
I like going to this Panera because it’s usually a networking HubSpot. Good customer service, and the quality of my food is pretty consistent at this location, compared to the one next to west farms mall. From my personal experience and the food I get, I’m comfortable with my 4/5 score. Mr he cinnamon crunch bagel is delicious and the chipotle chicken sandwich with no cheese please. Btw their green smoothie is pretty good, but it does contain dairy so just keep that in mind.
Rotted pepperoncinis in my salad and rotted lettuce on my sandwich. The app said they were out of cherry tomatoes for the salad but not sliced for our sandwiches. They subbed cheddar for gouda in the bacon turkey bravo with no heads up. Lemonade tasted days old. Sandwiches looked like they were thrown together by a 5 year old. The store was empty when we picked up - we were the only online order at the time. Zero care by the staff at this location.
This place is one step away from abysmal. The past 5 take out orders have been wrong or missing food. Today the most basic food was either made wrong or "out." Whoever is managing this place has no clue as this has been a months-long problem. I don't know why I keep torturing myself by coming here.
Gm to Everyone, I just ve to share this with you,if u want a delicious breakfast sandwich come here at Panera in West Hartford u get what u pay for fresh food ask for the Asiago Bgl u can get the way u want it.its Soooo Good! It's filling, the service by Claire is nice too. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to all.
Only come to Panera for coffee on Sip club. This Panera has the worst iced cofee ever. If you don't want to serve coffee, just say it. Don't make me come to your store, only to find myself drinking terrible coffee
The food I ordered was excellent: whole turkey blt with avocado and small soup. The sandwich was stuffed with the ingredients & the bread was delicious. The soup was pretty darn good too!
Picked up food to go 15 minutes before close. Order was correct and ingredients fresh. They had already boxed up all the bakery items for donation. I get its close to closing time, but it would have been nice to have a sweet treat. ‍
I love love Panera bread broccoli cheddar soup omg to kill for. Sandwich freshly made, salads, everything is delicious. Must must try if you never tried. Won't be disappointed.
