Panera Bread

First I got the wrong order completely the Turkey and Thai soup. Then when I asked for the correct order Turkey and Mexican soup, I got it like this, still made wrong and sloppily. I get that they were busy, but when I’m paying $20+ for an order, I do expect that it is done properly, or at least presentable. This was disappointing. Especially when on your lunch break.

One star for food another star for nice people who's working there. Everything else is bad. It's a popular place but design is ancient and cauches are dirty with stains, it's disgusting. It's so unpleasant to sit there. Why can't they remodel?

I stopped in at the one on the Blvd in Amherst and ordered a salad and a drink and a sweet treat to go1/12/23@2:30pm. I was waiting for my order and observed how great the manager is with his employees and how he interacts with customers. I work at a similar kind of establishment and I just wanted to say, I never see managers that attentive to employees and customers! It was great to see. I wish I would have caught his name cause hes an asset to your company!!! My food was very good too!!

I've had better chicken noodle soup. Bread bowl is always delicious. They forgot salad dressing for the salad, gave me 2 for inconvenience. Overall it was a nice lunch.Food: 3/5

Today was the best experience I have ever had at this location. I ordered online, which is very easy to do plus you can rack up rewards! and my order got here pretty quickly. The delivery guy was SUPER friendly and informative! I was very impressed. He gave me tons of coupons to give to myself and my coworkers for $10 off our next delivery. I got a take 2... I tried a different salad this time, slightly different than my usual. It was good, but it could have used a little more dressing. My sandwich tasted very healthy, which was what I was going for, and I love that they give you a baguette or other type bread with essentially every meal. I had one really bad experience where they really screwed up our online order, twice in the same day. They ended up refunding our entire meal. Not only did they come out to try and fix it but it got refunded, which was awesome, but unfortunately when you have to clock out for lunch, we were a bit over it at that point.

Short-staffed and very crowded. Half hour wait for our salads, which were delicious but hard to find a seat, table was dirty. Next time we will grab them and leave. I'd rather eat in my car then have people standing around watching us and hoping to get our table before someone else.Food: 4/5

The manager Eric is soooo nice. my order was messed up and he kindly madd it and allowed me to keep the messed up order. he personally brought it over and checked on my guest and I to see if everything was okay. He is sooo kind, and if you go to this location he’ll make sure youre well taken of!

I would never go back to another Panera again. I found a hair in my food it long black and thick, I have red hair. I was moving the rice and it was entangled with that bottom layer of rice. Do they now wear hair nets? I drove 25 minutes to the nearest one for my order and when I got home and found the hair they never answered the phones. So now today I’m driving back with the order I saved. I need a refund and something for the inconvenience. Why is no one answering the phone. Hair nets? Ugh.

Please get whoever they’ve got stationed by the counters yelling people’s names to STOP! They’re ruining the pick-up experience AND the dining experience. Just stop yelling! This didn’t use to be a thing at Panera Bread, and it doesn’t need to be. For the love of God, find them something better to do.

Going downhill real fast. Not only did I have to clean my own table, but they also gave me a chicken salad without chicken. Get some new staff.
