This is the second time I’ve ordered a bacon, egg and cheese here where they put some white stuff on it that just ruined the whole thing. How hard is this. Bacon, egg, and cheese. Stop with the extra stuff. Other than that it’s pretty good. But god feel like never ordering breakfast here again cause they struggle to make a sandwich with three ingredients
I just went through the drive thru and ordered a Chipotle chicken & avocado breakfast sandwich and this is what they gave me. There's just an egg on this. I should've checked my food before I left but I definitely wasn't expecting this. $7 for an egg??? Won't be coming back here.
I would advise staying away from Panera Mt pleasant. Some how they are always out of anything I’m getting. They also don’t understand customer service. How come now one smiles or even makes an effort to be friendly.Food: 1/5

Menu board didn't have much on it for sandwich choices only one sandwich. Dining room had posters of different sandwiches which was to late by then. Waited and waited for someone to come out to the counter to wait on us. Tables in dining rm. We're dirty. It was my first time there and my last. The baguette they give you on the side was cold and hard. No butter, who wants to eat that. Hardly no one was there so they weren't busy.
Service was awesome. I got there for the first time and let the lady know. She was very eager and excited to help me choose great options. Food was good. I will definitely come backFood: 4/5
Told a worker that we received the wrong sides for our pick up order. She proceeded to ask me “Well are you _____?” And I answered “Yes” and her response was “Well this is what you ordered, so….” And then walked away. Lol Never once tried to offer a resolution or hell— even if I did order the wrong side, you’re not going to offer the option to ACTUALLY ORDER the correct side and allow me to pay for them? Horribly poor customer service. Plus, from one sales associate/customer service associate to another—why would you not take the opportunity to upsell if it’s an option? Not to thrilled with my experience today. Learn from this.
Way over priced. You get very little meat, sauce and cheese on a sandwich. All I could taste was bread. Workers standing behind counter talking and tables are all dirty. Have to ask them for a towel to clean one for myself. Young generation, no work ethic at all.Food: 3/5
Not busy at all, but super slow service for a wrap that shoulda taken 2 minutes at the most. I won't be going back. While I stood at the pick counter and waited I was ignored by the cook staff even though I kept looking right at them.
Had the creamy tomato soup and grilled cheese. Oh SO good. And the croutons are heaven. Selection of teas is awesome. Friend had the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. It seemed a bit "salty" for to me when I tasted it. But I am not a fan of cheese soups
