Today was my first day coming to Big Apple Bagels. I was impressed at first, until I met the general manager. She is rude and very impolite. Also, the coffee was absolutely terrible and my food was cold. Would not recommend.
Great place, my wife likes it alot, they have a unique way of making sandwiches with bagels which I like, it's different & refreshing. The coffee is pretty good too. & there cream cheese spreads are very good, they have like 10 different kinds of cream cheese. Will be back for sure
The best bagels I've ever had, and they are all homemade!
Been going to BABS for a long time.. first time at this location. Great menu but the drink menu was a little confusing and that made it seem pricey
I have been absolutely hooked on this place lately. I used to go occasionally but now its one of my regular stops. The food is good and consistent but the real highlight is the staff. They are consistently friendly and polite. I look forward to coming in because of them and its work like theirs that makes regulars.
When in Mt. Pleasant, I always have my favorite bagel and cream cheese for breakfast - a salt bagel with veggie light cream cheese! Staff is friendly and very efficient!
I just love their bagels! Always toasty with generous amount of cream cheese. My favorite is the turkey bacon on Asiago bagel toasted. Always clean. Friendly staff. Quick service. Easy to take home or eat there. Just made myself hungry. Be right back...
Great service, great food, and a great place to study or just get coffee and breakfast before work. Definitely busy sometimes, but it is to be expected considering just about everybody I know loves this place. 5/5
I used to work here, I agree with a lot of the negative reviews posted here. The food is pretty good and the people are fairly friendly but you'll often be waiting a long time for your food, and there's a good chance it'll be cold by the time you get it. The way orders are delivered needs to be changed and the prep station needs a warming table to keep sandwiches warm.
Today was the first time my daughter and I have been back to BAB since the lock down. In the past we loved having breakfast and having Mom and daughter time at our place. Sadly it was dark and stressful and to add insult to injury Beth the manager was rude. I was ok with the mistake on our order it’s hard to hear each other with masks but throwing our food on the tray uncovered with the same gloves you touched everything with because I asked for the coffee I didn’t get to be taken off my bill was not my usual experience at BAB. You won’t miss my business but if Beth repeats her behaviors you might miss multiple customers. Also my daughter hates if anyone complains at restaurants . It feels mean to her but even she wouldn’t eat her bagel after watching Beth throw our food.
