Terrible experience. Waited 5 minutes at the counter and then another 25 to get my food. Ordered a super simple sandwich - turkey bacon bravo without tomato and sub the bread for pepper focaccia. Got it to go and I get home and the sandwich is MISSING the turkey and only has ONE piece of turkey. It's a joke that all that I got was cheese and lettuce. Yummy. Figure it out - it's not rocket science to make a sandwich with 4 ingredients, or change the name of it to the lettuce and cheese bravo
Well run Panera. Clean. Orders are processed quickly. Lady at the front register in the morning is always friendly. I usually get a bagel to go and it is toasted just right. Also a nice place to sit and work or sit and read while having tea. A small outdoor area to sit too.
We ordered green passion smoothy. Daughter drank a few gulps before she realized it had what appeared to be paper blended in with the drink. We contacted panera bread sent pictures of the problem but nobody ever responded or got back to me. Everything else we got was good. Not happy with customer service.
I do NOT recommend delivery service. Order was poorly assembled and disappointing. I ordered a simple Pick 2 with French Onion soup and half of a Napa Chicken salad…not enough chicken salad to fill half of the half of the sandwich containing more grapes than chicken…the soup was cool, not warm and they did not include the croutons to go into the soup… I tipped over 35% and just disappointed…I guess if they don’t have to face you…they skimp and cut corners…
If a 1/2 sandwich is going to be $9, id like some actual chicken salad with it and not a pile of lettuce and tomatoes with a sprinkle of chicken salad…. First and last time spending anything at this location
Ordered delivery for a Bread Bowl of french onion. When my food arrived, not only was there no bread bowl, but this was the portion of soup I received. When I called the store I asked to.speak to a manager and I was told the manager was on break and would call me back after their break was done. They never called back. Terrible experience.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They must really be hurting as they charge ridiculous prices and won't fix replace even the bread with your order. I even called and gave them the opportunity to replace the hard ripped off end of stale whatever it was and the guy on the phone said he will write down a note for them to make sure the bread served is correct!? The correct answer would be " give me your name and the correct bread will be added to your order next time" TAKE A CLASS PEOPLE!
They think 5 bites of chicken noodle soup is worth ten dollars even the large you do not get more then 4-5 small bites your pretty much paying for broth we ask them to fix it and then they returned it with six bites instead of 5 smdh
So I came in and ordered food for me and my family to go! I ordered the pick two and got a soup with the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich, which sounded so good. When I opened my sandwich it was a whole sandwich but the chicken salad covered less than half of the bread which was so disappointing as I was looking forward to this sandwich. I am not sure if it is just this location but the were very skimpy on the amount of chicken salad that they put on the sandwich. Everyone else's sandwiches were find. I meant to call on Friday, April 29, 2021 but just got busy and was to hungry to deal with it.
Ordered the pieces of hope cookies. These were what I got. Looks like they were slapped together just to get them out. Def not worth the $2.99 a piece. Contacted CS and was told I’d receive a response from the store 2-3 business days and it’s been a week. Just horrible
