This is ridiculous seriously I’m calling and calling just only to discuss my order and been trying to reach someone for over and hour there is a young lady who is picking up the phone and putting it on mute and telling another employee that she’s been sleeping for 2 hours and just keep hanging up the phone on people all day she don’t care is what she stated to the other employee this so unprofessional and this needs to be addressed…
Purchased two hams. Neither of them had the honey baked crust I was previously accorded to them over past 25 yrs. Not a fan now. You are just a Giant Eagle Ham now.
My friend and I had a great lunch there... customer service was exceptional.
I called them several times during g their quoted business hours and no one picked up, and I couldn't leave a message for them to call me back. Not sure if they are open or permanently closed.

I really liked this place. The atmosphere is very homey, bright and clean. The way the pies, sauces and various other retail options are displayed is pleasant. The staff was very friendly and patient with me, as I'd never ordered in before and was perusing the menu for awhile. When the food did arrive, it was fresh and quite tasty. Definitely a good value for the money and I'll be returning often. Highly recommend for a quick lunch.
I enjoy this location. Friendly staff good food. I miss the macaroni salad with my sandwich. I wish they had soup when I went in, I would have loved to take some home. But overall my favorite location.
The broccoli salad was amazing, sandwich was ok, service a bit different. First time there. Im not sure I would rush to go back. Nothing really to brag about.
Didn't have to wait long and the ham's are always worth the wait anyhow. The only drawback this year is the employee's are not permitted to open the foil so you can see what you're getting d/t Covid.
Very disappointed!!! They were very unorganized. I placed my order buy phone because their internet was down when I got to HoneyBaked they did not have all of my order so I never did get my pecan pie. I think that's very unprofessional when you place an order over the phone with a person and they can't even have your order set aside for the day that they have you scheduled to pick it up.
