AMAZING PLACE!! Food is delicious love the octopus my favorite! I’ve been coming here a few times a week. Think the employees are recognizing me there’s this lady that I think talks to the food Maybe or the costumers?? Pretty sure she talks to the food. FAVORITE PLACE EVER! I love this place amazing. This is what makes my day better when I come and eat here. Love getting the fortune cookies always get them! I would definitely recommend this place.
Quite a variety of foods desserts and even sushi. Yum. I even tried pickled I think octopus kinda chewy Lots of tables
As far as quality goes, this is almost definitely my favorite Chinese buffet. It has been consistently great since it opened and the fact that fewer than 15 tables eating at once is pretty dead for them is testament to that. For a first experience I don’t think you want to go when it’s slower though, it IS a buffet and when food starts sitting for awhile obviously it will lose its freshness, but also they usually reduce the menu a bit then as well.nnThe sushi bar is fine. It’s a Chinese buffet and not a Japanese sushi restaurant so set your expectations a bit but it’s perfectly fine for basic Americanized sushi. I’d say the same for the hibachi grill. It adds a little fun seeing them prepare the food for you and you get to customize your dish a bit, and you KNOW it’s freshly cooked, but they don’t do anything fancy with it. I suppose the hibachi would add some value for people watching what they eat since you can control your macros better than at the buffet stations.nnIt’s slightly pricey, probably because a few years ago they had to keep raising prices just to slow down the rush enough to accommodate everyone. But with how food prices have inflated lately I think it’s back to being pretty reasonable. The pay-per-pound takeaway boxes are actually priced quite well.nnOverall, 5 stars all day every day. It is a staple of Willmar dining.
I’ve been here twice and this time around it was better than last time. I think post pandemic buffet’s are getting better. The food here is a 4/5 for the money and overall pretty fresh. My favorite was the broccoli beef.nnI was bit annoyed that I had been there only 10 minutes and when I went up for my second round, my entire table had been cleaned. Like they thought I was done or left. But no matter at least they cleaned and I continued my buffet experience.
Super high quality! Absolutely impressed with this place and would love it to be local to me.nEverything is fresh and flavorful, authentic. Nothing taste the same all distinct flavor profile for each dish, which is remarkable for the Midwest.nThe chicken wings are properly rendered, the shrimp dishes are tender and not dried at all, the veggies are crisp. Their Chili oil will burn you in te bedtime, most flavorful ways and all their sauces, hit really delicious!nSalmon on the Sushi bar was very firm and fresh and sweet, the rolls with avocado, are all fresh and excellent.nIt was moderately busy when we came and they did an incredible job of anticipating the need and everything was kept fresh and full.nYou can also order Hibachi, which we couldn't eat any more to even try it!nMy favorite dish is the Mayonnaise Shrimp, reminds me a dish in Las Vegas, at Bellagio, Jasmine restaurant. Someone back there knows a whole lot about what they are doing!nDaughter loved the Octopus and the Sushi.nWhat a terrific place and great surprise to find in Minnesota!
