They didn't have a lot of the food that I like ready. It would have taken 5 to 6 minutes wait time for the food to be ready. I think they could have done an better job on keeping up with the foodFood: 4/5
Worst service I've had. Opens at eleven and arent ready. They tell me to wait and let me know what I wanted would be ready. So I sit and times goes by while more customers pour in and they get their food. I get up saw that the food I was waiting for has been up there and they haven't told me anything. Now I would have to wait for another round of food they cooked up. Horrible experience
Ordered in a non-rush hour. Went in when I received a text that my order was ready. Stood there trying to get the attention of employees so I could get my order that was on a shelf for 10 minutes while the front counter ignored everyone but the people who were waiting at the register for their meals to be completed and paid for. Multiple people were waiting for online orders and being actively ignored.
Today, March 17, 2023, in Panda Express 21940 hwy 99, Edmonds WA, The Manager, name Sofia is the most difficult person to talk to. Ive never experienced this kind of treatment from any asian staff. She put a small amount of food in my order and told me that the small mount of food she puts in my order is standard. But i was so hungry and begged her to add a bit of it. But she could not. She made me feel hungry and unsatisfied after my visit here. The worst customer service experiene ive ever had in panda express.
I ordered the teriyaki chicken and I didn't get the teriyaki sauce for the chicken, usually they ask if I want it over the chicken, but not today, a huge difference in taste. Ready disappointed in themFood: 3/5
I always get the last of the beef and broccoli it's weird I've never gotten the first scoop or the middle scoop I'm always getting the last of it which is always the little pieces left over. That's the only complaint I have about this placeFood: 4/5
Never coming back here ever again - I went to go get my food and return to work, i said what i wanted and they didn’t give me my order and charge me for 10 minutes, another worker comes by and says “did you order?” I said no so he takes my order but then leaves me again for another 15 minutes, i was going to leave until the dude named josiah came back and asked for my order again, i ordered and they forgot my bowl. I was waiting to get charged and another 15 minute wait. This location sucks.
Food taste - 5/5. Quantity- 3/5 : dear administration please provide reasonable quantity of food for the price. And the chicken pieces are very less on the pepper chicken and most of the entree’s! Service- 5/5 friendly and welcoming staffs!
5/16/20-- sometimes you're in the mood for fast and convenient Chinese, panda Express can satisfy those cravings. The noodles and rice can be dry, but again, don't have such high expectations, and you'll be ok. Can't comment on this facility/service because I've only always ordered online for pickup to take advantage of online promotional deals. Recently, they have the $20 family meal with 2 sides and 3 entrees. It's a really good deal since the cartons used are full-size and filled to the rim!
