I had some really great service in the drive thru. Really pleasant and easy and quick. Sourdough jack and spicy chicken combos they were prepared well, hot and looked delicious. Thanks a million and looking forward to come back!
Was great service! The woman at the drive thru went above & beyond her duties to make things better for me. As i dropped everything she handed me. She took the time to remote things that were ruined & gave me new things that she could easily replace. Thank you so much! That made my day. Had a Jacks spicy chicken sandwich. It was pretty good. The Drive-thru was quick and the staff were friendly. A little pricey considering it is fast food.Recommended dishesChicken Sandwich
I really don't like giving ratings. I really worked customer service for 15+ years. Some of which includes the fast food industry... Hopefully it was just an off night. When I went through the the drive thru the other night, it wasn't super long. I ended up ordering quite a bit of food. During the ordering process they didn't have alot of the things I wanted. The guy was hard to hear and kept thinking I was done. When I got to the window 1 poor Manager lady is running around doing everything. I hope she sees this. You are doing an amazing job and I appreciate you! She's the only reason I gave a good review. The whole process start to finish the took about 20 minutes. I had to get something from burger King down the road. Their line was long but it only took 10 minutes.
Chicken sandwiches are good not the best. The french fries stood out as they were served hot! A big plus since other fast food places name less have served fries luke warm or worse cold.
I love the Southwest Chicken Salad - usually. Don't know what "they" did, but it was limp, watery, and presented very poorly. I ask for my chicken to be grilled and it was not. Just disappointed.
O K.. Last night I bought a soursoughJack, Jumbo jack meal and a baked chicken sandwich. Normally I get the fried chicken club which usually fine. It came to $28.00, which was way over priced for the quality.The burgers were just so so.The onion rings were way overdone. The chicken was disgusting and looked like a Jr sized Patty maybe a quarter inch thick.. For $7.00 plus..? REALLY? I couldn't beleive it .It was about half the size of the bun with a totally processed taste dry and bland.I had just worked a 12 hour shift so I ate it but gave most to the dog..I should have taken a picture.i. would have loved to have taken it back but had no energy My fiance had the burgers that were so so.Hadn't been for a while and don't plan on going back any time soon.
Food was decent but service excelled. Bonus points for being open when McDonald's wasn't on Thanksgiving dayFood: 4/5
On the left are 'Large' fries as they came out of the bag. 2 for $8.80 with tax. I queried it with the dude on the window, and he confirmed that the price and portion sizes were correct. On the right is a marketing image. Tried again tonight: Eight tacos please. What? Eight tacos please. You want Sprite? No. Ocho tacos, per favor. Cherry? Drives away
Phone number doesn’t work so I could tell them their ranch is bad. Wanted to prevent other customers from eating it
