Panago Pizza

Good pizza, and you're able to order individual slices.. When they have them.. Twice in 2 days I went during meal times to find them with no pizza, and when asked if they were going to be putting any of soon, was told not any time soon. If you're going for pizza, be in the mood for Quiznos in case they don't have anything and no intent of fixing that problem.

Ordered 5 pizzas for a work event (Boss's Birthday Lunch) at 11:30am this morning. They said it'd be ready in 25 mins. I work close by so thought that'd be perfect timing. I went over at 12:15pm, 20 minutes after the pizza should have been ready and go to the pick up counter, there are numerous staff members there but fail to ever acknowledge me. So I go and stand in the line up to order. At 12:35 I finally get to the counter and tell the girl I'm here to pick up the 5 pizzas. They stand there confused and then go to the back looking for it and soon tell me that only 1 of my 5 pizzas is done and that none of the other ones were ever made and that I could wait another 10-15 minutes for them to finish the order. I walked out. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED EITHER! The last time this happened, I actually had time to wait but due to the inconvenience they said a credit would be added to my phone number and IT NEVER WAS! SO UNIMPRESSED! I would highly recommend paying the extra little bit for the Grande Prairie location to deliver. They're always on the ball and fast to deliver.

30min wait for pizza. U have to call their call centre to order. Not the actual store itself.

$14 for deliver to the hotel 1 km away. I call to ask and the service was horrible. I hate Panama. Will never buy in this store and on any other
