Prices are a bit high but they do a good job of cutting my dogs hair. One thing I noticed last time I went was that they keep the dogs in kennels at the back while waiting for their turn. The estimated time they gave me for my one dog was 3 hours, which means that there's a substantial queue once you give them your pup. If your dog is not comfortable with confinement in a new environment, be cautious and ask if you can bring your dog right before it's his or her turn.

They ended up buzzing my pup really short, something that is not done for his breed. His paws were done very unevenly and nails left razor sharp. You're paying top dollar here so I would expect better knowledge and service.

Took my dog here for a cut, which was done well. What was off-putting though was that it all felt like a cold business transaction: get in, pay and get out. My dog is anxious and gets stressed easily, and I couldn't help noticing at drop-off and pick-up that she was handled impersonally. Cut was decent but if you're looking for something more by way of environment, I would go elsewhere.

Very expensive. They only do 1 type of cut for cats ("lion"). We got there and the cat was in its cage on the floor with dogs running around barking. And the staff weren't very pleasant. I wouldn't recommend it.
