Dr. Alberto is amazing. Let me start by saying I am a big baby when it comes to getting teeth removed, I have rescheduled and put this surgery off for 6 years because I was absolutely terrified. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed completely awake just numbing shots & laughing gas and I did not feel a thing! I’m now one day post removal and have 0 pain or swelling. I highly highly recommend Dr. Alberto, on top of being a boss at dentistry she’s also very sweet and reassuring if you’re scared like me which truly makes all the difference
Dr. Alberto is an excellent oral surgeon. With great care and concern, she is methodical and exacting in her treatment plan. She takes great care to avoid pain both during and after the procedure. She has infinite patience with my life long dental phobia! Her staff is kind, supportive and competent. I highly recommend Dr. Alberto.
Highly recommend Dr. Alberto. She is kind, gentle and patient. I was a very nervous patient who had to get a wisdom tooth out as an adult. She did a perfect job and I'm so glad I chose her as my oral surgeon. If you are in a similar boat, don't put it off. She is the best.
Pamela Alberto DDS is a very special dentist. Her skills and kindness are just amazing. A pleasure. Can't recommend this dentist highly enough.
I recently made an appointment for my husband to see Dr. Cho regarding a 2nd opinion on the issue he's been having my husband's jaw slipped out of place back in May and he's seen the dentist, orthodontist, and another oral & maxillofacial surgeon with a TMJ specialist to get it adjusted. The prior oral surgeon tried to adjust under general anesthesia without success and they do not participate with insurance. They recommend surgery and I know that can be expensive husband and I are medical professionals. I tried doing my due diligence and looking for someone else covered with our insurance. When we met with Dr. Cho he didn't even let my husband finish explaining what brought him there before he started sticking his hands in my husband's mouth to adjust his jaw. When he couldn't fix it, he then went on a tangent about how a filling doesn't cause dislocation we were well aware of that and I told him we just wanted to find someone within our network to give us a 2nd opinion. Long story short it turns out the 1st oral surgeon and TMJ specialist work directly under him small world and he straight up told me I was wasting my time talking to him in his office. He may be good at oral & maxillofacial surgery, but he sorely lacks bedside manners and people skills. He sees these issues all the time so to him it's no big deal, but for regular folks like my husband and I this is daunting physically, mentally and financially. My husband's lost weight because his jaw is so out of place he has to have a pureed diet and one of the professionals we sought out for help only mocked us. Never returning ever again.
