Palermo Bakery

First time here. My brother recommended because his boss had given him canolis from there and loved it. Customer service was great, the employee that helped was really nice and had a lot of patience with me because I had hard time decided. As long as customer follow the "wait here until being call" sign, everything would move smoothly. I bought $60 of dessert. So far I tried the apple cider donuts and they were delicious! So I'm sure everything else will be too.

BEAUTIFUL CAKE! They had no problem giving me the perfect cake that was already made. They really saved me and my last min plans! The cake is so gently crafted and delicious. Very affordable price, as well.

I NEVER write reviews but Palermo Bakery deserves this one so here we go....My Dad's 82nd surprise birthday party was two years in the making- I wanted to throw him a huge bday bash when he turned 80 but then COVID. So needless to say this was an important event for our family and friends. We had been shopping around for cakes but everything was so pricey and nothing felt special. It only occurred to me a week before the party to get him a custom designed cake in the shape of dentures. Why dentures you ask? Because Dad has been making teeth and dentures for more than 50 years!!! So teeth are near and dear to his heart. Like a madwoman, I frantically searched for a bakery that could make this delicious, denture masterpiece. I contacted a lot of those fancy custom cake designers- some didn't answer, some couldn't do it in the timeframe, the others were very pricey. By sheer luck, someone recommended Palermo Bakery to me and the rest is history. They answered immediately on a Sunday via FB messenger and said they could absolutely make the cake and at a fraction of the price. So immediately my paranoia kicks in- this isn't going to look right, it's not going to be big enough, it's not going to taste good yada yada yada. I can't express the overwhelming delight we felt when we picked up this cake- they nailed it. It turned out EXACTLY like the photo I submitted and we were absolutely thrilled! The cake reveal at the party was by far the most special part of the night- it brought a smile to everyone's face and something my dad and our family will never forget. Not to mention it was delicious- they recommended white cake and chocolate cake with cannoli and mocha filling. Thank you to Palermo Bakery for making it a night to remember- quite literally it was the icing on the cake!

Absolutely the Best bakery I've been to, the cupcakes were amazing, haven't tried everything that they make/serve but because the cupcakes I ordered were absolutely delicious so is everything else that they have. Love you guy's, next I'm getting the pizza LoL

Well hello sweetie's! We stopped into Palermo Bakery and some of their sweet treats made their way home with me. From breads, cookies, tons of pastries and cakes, Palermo Bakery has a wide variety that will satisfy anyone's sweet tooth. There are lots of Italian sweets options as well as Arancini, Focacia, Sub Sandwiches and Pizza. There are so many different options for cookies here that it is extremely hard not to walk out of here with some of each. Customer service here is always exemplary. Even though they can get really busy, the wait home is normally pretty short. Need a specialty cake? They can easily accommodate you. Love supporting local businesses, especially delicious ones.

This is a fantastic bakery. It has been here for 21 years but I didn't know it existed until I went there for their aranchini challenge and won a $50 gift certificate. Everything they have here looks delicious. The aranchini and cannoli are the best I have ever had. That is saying a lot because there are several other places nearby that also sell very good aranchini and cannoli.

Best bakery. Prices are great. Bakery is fresh. Customer service is awesome. The ladies working at bakery are so sweet. Ladies take time to serve you, which is awesome.

Bought some eclairs. They have a good selection of pastries which is fantastic because that means they have something for everyone! I would recommend anyone to stop by if you're ever looking to try great pastries!

Fantastic butter crust bread that stays relatively fresh for 7 days. Service is superb!

Love this place. Can never walk out of there with what I came to get lol... Always buy what I came for plus several other things... Everything is always fresh and so delicious.
