Needed insurance for a Jack & Jill prior to our wedding. Due to covid our event got changed, then cancelled, and Kathleen was super rude and snarkey in response to our changes. It’s not our fault that covid changed our plans and left us with so much uncertainty. She was very unprofessional and gave us attitude and charged us a cancellation fee, even though this is all out of our control. Will go elsewhere next time.
After completing the application process and entering my credit card number I didn't even get an email confirming proof of my application. Doesn't make sense! Be sure to PRINT your application before submitting. Frustrating to have to wait to hear from them.
They don't want an agent to talk to you when you're trying to sort through their online application. Come back with a ridiculous price and then reduce it in half when you question why it is so much higher than the other events you purchased insurance through them for.
For wedding insurance or liquor liability these are the people you need to see! Very helpful advising me which insurance would best suit my event.
A very simple process to get liability insurance for your event that will have alcohol. This is their specialty and they are amazing at it
