Alice was very helpful in facilitating my renewals after there was an oversight with the insurer. She was able to find me a better rate and switched my policies over without hassle.. It is what i expect from my broker....make sure I am properly covered and at the best rate..

We have been with dbi Brokers Ltd-Perrin Insurance in Simcoe for several years now, and are very pleased and satisfied that we made the move and changed brokers. Two years ago we had an unfortunately car accident while vacationing in Florida, and we were completely satisfied the way our insurance persons looked after us. They appointed an adjuster in Florida, and our vehicle was repaired completely to our satisfaction. (We did have to stay 3 days extra due to the repairs, which was a bit costly, but vehicle was done right!) dbi Brokers, represented by Alice Smith has been very knowledgeable and great to deal with. We have our home and boat insurance with them as well, all with less premiums than we were paying before. We have recommended dbi Brokers to our family, and for anyone else who are looking to check out their insurance. We feel they have great service and fair insurance premiums.

Our broker, Alice, provided us with excellent and friendly customer service. She saved us hundreds of dollars on our home insurance. I would highly recommend Perrin Insurance.
