painPRO Coal Harbour - Vancouver Downtown

I have been going here since about 2017 I believe. It was recommended to me by a coworker and I couldn’t be happier. I started with physiotherapy and have used chiropractic and RMT services ever since. Everybody here is an absolute pro, and the culture of the workplace is fantastic. Always on time, always friendly and inviting, always inquisitive about how you’re doing and what your visit is about. I wish I could afford to go every week because I absolutely would.

Jarrod Johnson is the MOST PHENOMENAL Chiropractor. He always listens to my complaints of my aching... everything..... and excuses as to why I never stretch. He constantly reminds me of ways I can improve with tending to my body and health. I never listen because then I wouldn't get to experience how splendid he is at his job. I always feel like I leave his treatment room 10x taller and 5x younger. 10/10 would go again.

I've been going to the painPRO Coal Harbour location for years and I've always had such great experiences. I've used their chiropractic and RMT services and I have to say, they definitely have knowledgeable and caring practitioners. I've been seeing Paul Magno for about a year maybe longer and he is by far one of the best RMTs I've ever been to. Highly recommend Paul and painPRO Coal Harbour in general. P.S Their online booking portal is user friendly. It's easy to book and cancel appointments as needed. You can also upload your insurance info online for direct billing.

Paul was amazing and so knowledgeable - as a runner himself he knew what my problem was right away and had a quick and efficient solution. It was so refreshing been treated by someone who knows and understands the struggles of sport injuries and has even experience the same himself. Will recommend him 10000% and will definitely continue to see him. Thank you Paul!

Been going to Jarrod for over a year now and he’s the best. Have sent 3 people to him even with someone who was nervous about seeing a chiropractor. He’s professional and explains everything to help people feel at ease. Will continue to send people his way!

I was in a tremendous amount neck soreness and trap pain. RMT Geoff Heald at Pain pro not only was super knowledgeable but extremely effective in his treatment after one session I felt better than I have felt in months. I will definitely be insisting to see him again. Thank you for the fantastic treatment!

Whether recovering from an injury or simply wanting to strengthen & improve your fitness, Aidan is an amazing kinesiologist to go to. Extremely patient & very knowledgeable, he explains everything throughly & he continuously motivates to reach your goals. Highly recommended from my own experience.

They were unprofessional bad customer service. The receptionist gave me a dirty look and spoke very rudely when i paid for a 45 minute massage that was really rushed ended 5 minutes early. The massage therapist said that she was tired and needed to go get a coffee told me she usually would wait around for her clients that’s the worst thing to say to a client my muscles were more stressed and tight after the massage I could tell she didn’t care when she was massaging everything was rushed didn’t enjoy nothing I will never go back there Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to I feel ripped off waste of 120 they made me feel nervous save your money don’t go to this place

Anna is amazing! I see her for TMJ related tightness and she is incredibly knowledgable and amazing at her job. The clinic is clean, warm and comfortable. Booking online is very easy and convienient. Front desk staff are kind and helpful. I wish I found this place years ago.

Samuel is a great physio therapist, I’ve seen huge improvement since starting treatment, but I always have issues booking and paying for my appointments, I’ve never had that before at any physio/chiropractor office, I think they could use better admin and organization on that end.
