My experiences at the clinic have been very positive. One is greeted in the clean and bright waiting area by professional and accommodating reception staff. They are always busy but are very helpful and provide courteous and friendly service. I have had in person and telephone visits with the professional and accommodating physicians on staff. They are always available and provide world class medical service. Thank you very much for your service in an industry that has a lot of pressure on it to perform and support the public. Greatly appreciated. All the best in 2023.
I saw Dr. Ali today. He was fantastic! He quickly sorted my issue and I was on my way. Yes, there was a slight wait after my booking time, however, I have experienced this with every doctor I have EVER seen in my life. That's just the nature of appointments. The front desk staff were great and quick and welcoming. Highly recommend this clinic!
A neighbour recommendation the clinic. I was there within 30 min and out within 30 when Primary Urgent care had a minimum 2 hr wait. I found all the staff very accommodating despite some irrational clients posing some high stress situations. I found the clinic system to be extremely efficient and the patient care from the treating physician outstanding. Very personable, understanding and hardworking professionals that I will absolutely visit again if I need to.
I am writing this review after having them as my doctor for six years. Please do yourself a favour and find a doctor and clinic that is not running its profession like a factory. - Easily the worst customer service I have found at any business. You cannot reach them; if you can get them, they will not be helpful. - The doctors are running the business like a factory, with patients in and out, and do not care about you. - If you come to your appointment on time, well, too bad for you; you will have to wait 45 minutes because that's how scheduling works, according to them. - The official email address on their website will never respond to your emails, and it's part of their customer service. - You will be lucky if the receptionist picks up your call. If the stars align your way and they pick up the phone, the receptionist will tell you she will call you right back; it means she is looking for a way to get rid of your call. Their goal is to make as much money as possible by treating human beings like animals going through the farm and getting paid as much as possible.
Money no patient. No mask in front of the desk. and they told buy from inside pharmacy 1$. But every where is free. I don’t have family doctor yet. During 7months ago I contact this clinic. Yesterday I had appointments with payman Arab , he was on rushed, I told my flu caught, sneezing, headache, sore throat,…. I need antibiotics. Please syrup or pill no capsules that I could not use. He had on rush to visit so many persons. He did not ask about pharmacy address.when I explained to him last time I paid 180$ for my letter to employer by you and the didn’t my bills just they give letter with your information and my age and you wrote no drug allergy, please tell them email me my bills that I gave to employer , he got angry, I am doctor contact reception. But personals there with out permits doctors don’t give me letter. He cut the phone. From 11 am till 7:00 pm nonstop I called clinic, all the time in answer machine. I call pharmacy that they have address in my file , no new prescription. Sick with body pain, headache upset from doctor talking, no medicine till tomorrow for second time I get appointment from doctor Arab just give him pharmacy address. 2 time appointments for flu , more than 10 hours in phone to call them , sicknesses worst. If doctor attention to me , let me tell pharmacy address, or he asked receptionist check my file , to find pharmacy address and sent my prescription. I will be better now. 1 day again I must try for get medicine and no back to work. It is no care to patient, just dollar.
After 6 years, I am going to be switching to another clinic! I have rarely needed to see the doctor and when I did I usually required a prscription. Never had issues here before aside from hour long waits even with a scheduled appointment. Put that down to earlier appointments going over time. Yes annoying, but I got over it. But yesterday completely took the biscuit for me when they never sent my prescription through to the pharmacy after my morning appointment. I waited a few hours and still nothing. I have been calling non-stop and am getting no answer. They had 3 receptionists not looking busy at all and chatting about going partying, while I was in the waiting area, so why couldn't one of them answer the phone? I allowed them plenty of time and it wasn't sent at the end of day either. Do I really have to go back there again today just so that I can receive my treatment to get better? I don't know whose responsible here but I will not be giving them another chance after this! WHAT A JOKE - AVOID!!!
This is the 3rd time we came in walk in. This is important for me today to give a five star rating to the clinic, to the doctor and the receptionists. My 3 yo daughter has been seen immediately and got her treatment for her ear infection. You all have been so welcoming that my little one gifted drawings before leaving the clinic :-. Thank you so much!
I had a really great experience here. I called as soon as they opened to ask some basic questions and was patiently helped out. When I walked in for my unscheduled visit I was in to see a doctor within 10 minutes and was treated right away. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I feel confident in the support I received.
The reviews are accurate . I had bad experiences with th4 doctors "examination". The last appointment lasted for a solid 37 seconds! And he denied to give me a prescription , asking me to book again to get it ! That's doubling revenue for them, but what about us as patients? Our time, and medical conditions? Some doctors are somewhat more professional. A lady from the reception in particular not the youngest ones is not the nicest overall . I understand they don't make the management decisions, so I'd blame management. I go because is close to home and they have me registered, but otherwise, I'd go somewhere else.
The doctor I saw was very kind, but trying to reach this clinic to get my results was insane. I called a total of 12 times, each time being sent to a hold line that then hung up on me. When I finally did get through, the woman put me back on hold, claiming "someone else will help you." After another 10 minutes on that hold, the same woman picked up the phone, "Hello Coal Harbour Medical, how may I help you?" I said excuse me, you put me on hold saying someone else would help me! She immediately put me back on hold until someone else answered. When I did get on with the next receptionist, she was kind and helpful, but they tried to charge me $400 for medical documents. They had misread what the doctor had handed them, attempting to charge me for an old doctors note... from someone not even at their clinic! When it was figured out, I still had to pay $200 to get a single signature on a document that will help me be paid while on medical leave. As you likely know, getting a GP in Vancouver right now is impossible, and getting into clinics willing to do in-person appointments is almost as impossible. He had seen me, signed the document, and there I was - what else can I do but pay it? I think it's an incredibly despicable business model to charge people large amounts of money for a signature. I understand a fee, but I was blown away by this one. It is disappointing to see clinics and doctors profiting off of it. Overall, a very disheartening experience.
