If I could give zero stars I would. Here is the story.  My brother-in-law dropped of a vest to get cleaned. He put a rush so that he can pick it up the next day at a extra charge. The next day he returned and the vest was not done. Someone forgot to put a rush on this item.  I personally had to return to the store six days later, as my brother-in-law was back at work. I told the day off work to deal with this because he needed this item. When I was talking to the manager, as they are not able to find this vest. The manager told me that she will make sure this item would be done and they will ship it to me. I took time out of my personal day to deal with this, and I was no given any explanation.  Two days later, the general manager contacted my brother-in-law to advise him that the vest could not be found. He was very apologetic, but could not explain what happen. He said that he would replace this item in the near future. He needed a picture so that he is able to see what needs to be replaced. There was a lot of confusion on what the vest was as the manager did not know what kind of FR vest it was.  I have no clue on what happen as they have a tracking system. There is no explanation on what happen. It is like no one cares that this happen. There was no talk about reimbursement on the cost. I felt it that I was being brushed off.  Do not take anything that is very expensive, as it will go missing. Very disappointing on the bad customer service that I have received.

The lady was friendly at the front desk with helpful customer service. This review is based on oil &gas coveralls, they did a decent job at taking the stains out and patched up the rips and tears, Ill give them that. But completely disappointed in the overall smell of coveralls. I could still smell the “drilling rig” in these coveralls even after paying for hefty services. I’ve had my coveralls done at multiple businesses so I have a good judgment on what’s expected for the price you pay. I would rather smell the chemicals they use to dry clean work gear over my work smells. Overall, I will not be taking my gear back thereService:&nbsp;Industrial laundry

I called Page the Cleaner about a small seam repair I needed in a rush on a dress. Amazing phone experience and absolutely spectacular in person experience. Listah fixed my dress on the spot with expert precision and she notice another hand stitched area I wasn't aware of, pulled it out and redid the seam. The Customer service Clerk at the front counter was also fantastic. I highly recommend Page the Cleaner. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in years. Thank you guys! I've used this cleaner for dry cleaning and industrial cleaning, very satisfied with both services. Very friendly staff, highly recommended.

We had our drapes cleaned. They did a good job and they were well wrapped in plastic so they didn't get dirty transporting them on the way home. In this instance, we decided to go directly to the place they do on-site drycleaning, as opposed to using an outlet. They are a bit pricey but overall we were pleased with the outcome.

I have been using this cleaner for the last few months. They are fantastic! I brought my bridal dress there for alterations and I can't tell you how much of an amazing job they did!! Very personable as well. I was actually excited to go in after my wedding and show them my wedding pics!!

Always check your clothing articles after getting it back! I got 2 scarves dry-cleaned at the same time on Oct 18th of last year and never bothered to take it out from the bag since I wasn't going to use them yet. When i went to take them out of the bag this fall season, one of the scarves shrunk after being dry-cleaned while the other one stayed the same size. I would understand if both shrunk the same amount since they're of the same material and style but that's clearly not the case.  Would've been better off putting the garments into my own washer and dryer at home for less money than paying someone else to ruin one of them for me.  Also, the associate didn't give me an accurate quote when I dropped off the clothing articles; I paid more than what was quoted when I went back to pick up my stuff.

I brought my suit and dress shirt in for dry clean and a hem, was told it would be ready by Friday, that's fine. I called in the following Tuesday to check if it was ready, sure enough it was and I was never notified, I needed it for the Saturday. When I brought them back I tried them on and noticed the dress shirt had very noticable wrinkles on both of the sleeves. It wasn't cheap either, do they not iron or steam the clothing?
