Terrible customer service! Just amazing that this place is even around! Don’t waste your money or time.
Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Never go here to get anything cleaned or for any service, unless you would like to be thoroughly disappointed.
I don't know who I got on the phone but all I can say is I'm so sorry to have inconvenienced them with my call. I do hope I haven't ruined their day. Since my phone call was such a bother then I won't be harassing them by bringing my business there.
Great rates, friendly staff, impeccable customer service. My order was on time and on point. Will definately come back.
Brought my pants in because they were close to my hotel.Took them four days to do a simple stitch job and when I picked them up noticed a stain that had not been there before.Should change the name to Low Class IMO-doing my homework next time!
Pain in the ass to find and park. Price are average and service is okay if you dont get the owner.
NEVER bring your clothes to them! I had my almost NEW Canada Goose cleaned here and it was shrunk!!!
