I’ve grown up in Goderich Ontario. I have to say Paddy O’Neils is the comfiest restaurant in town. My absolute favourite is the macaroni and cheese! The servers I’ve gotten to know and love. Are all friendly delightful people. Who are very good conversationalists. The restaurant is overall very clean and tidy. Every time I’m seated at a table it is scrubbed spotless! Being in this restaurant gives me an amazing sense of community about what I miss living in my childhood small town. Thank you to all the servers, kitchen staff, and everyone else for making numerous years of Paddy’s a great experience. I always come back every time I come home.
Our first time and it was good! Can't believe how big the place is. The server was very friendly and our food tasty. Well be back again!
Came here for dinner, we sure love it. The Food is Amazing, Obviously a superb cook. The Atmosphere is spot on. Our Waitress, Chris, was very Attentive. Really liked her. Prices are Great. Can't wait to come back. We drove from Seaforth, so happy we did .
We enjoyed a lovely meal on the patio of Paddy O’Neill’s. It is located on Goderich’s Square Good food and service. This is a lovely way to enjoy Goderich’s historic downtown. March 20, 2022 We had a Return trip to Paddy O’Neill’s we enjoyed a generous portion of lasagna and garlic bread. Great taste and great service. Thanks!

Located within Hotel Bedford, Paddy O'Neil's offers a large menu blending contemporary fresh food with traditional favourites. The menu appeals to all ages and palates with features ranging from fresh local fish and pastas to spicy chicken wings. Great food, great prices and friendly staff. Nice and clean.
We had dinner last night at Paddy O’Neils and unfortunately it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. The food was ok-ish. Some was good and some underwhelming. I ordered the chicken Parmesan. The chicken was good but the pasta was very undercooked and still stuck together in parts so I sent it back because it was bad enough I was not going to be able to eat it. It is how they handled this that was the problem. The pasta was taken and the same undercooked pasta then returned to me but now with the sauce separated as it had been thrown into a pan to be re-heated. I explained again that my concern was it was undercooked and hard but it was made clear that this was what the kitchen was willing to do to ‘fix’ this. I felt badly for the server because I could tell she knew this was not a fix for my concern and was perhaps aware this was a passive aggressive response from the kitchen. I still was not able to eat it but was not going to send it back again as we were clearly entering into risk of someone spitting in your food territory! Anyway, I am not a person who sends things back but I really wanted to be able to eat the pasta. I am not sure why the kitchen took this approach rather than spend the less than a dollar to make me some properly cooked pasta but I guess I must have offended them. They took 4$ off my meal which was truly the absolute minimum they could do. Not a good experience and we won’t be back.
My wife and I had a great time and a good meal. The waitress we had was awesome. Loved the big screens! Desserts were the best too.
Extensive and varied menu. Immediate and courteous service. Meals always perfectly prepared. Generous portions. Competitive prices. Lovely ambiance. Bathrooms are always immaculate.
For the first time ever I am no longer going to be ordering from Paddy O'Neils Restaurant. I understand things need to change for progress to be made but there is no quality in the products anymore. And I am only one person but I'm sure I am not the first or the last to come to this decision. The only thing that was right about my order was the always smiling delivery guy Mike. So thank you for that and hopefully Paddy O'Neils lasts at least the winter
