When the gate actually works you get what you pay for. Which is access to your property. However when the gate does not work - which is often - your belongings are out of reach. And if you're really unlucky and the gate wont open for you on a weekend like I just experienced, you get to wait till Monday to let someone know the gate is broken because they have no on call number on Sat or Sun. All you can do is leave a message and, in my case, rebook your Monday morning because you cant get the stuff you're paying to store. This is not the first time the gate has been broken. Its not even the tenth time. We are currently searching for another place to store our belongings. I would not recommend this place until they have an on call person for nights and weekends.
