This is a long over due review. Best movers helped us moving from Newfoundland to Alberta in 2021 June. The crew in Newfoundland and the driver were very professional. They carefully wrapped all the furnitures, and labeled everything. When the truck arrived Alberta, we were still on our way. They moved everything into our rental without our supervision. When we arrived, we were surprised. Nothing was lost, and nothing was broken. Most of the furniture are in the place that we would like them to be. I would recommend Best Movers to all my friends who is going to move across the country. Thank you!
We had a bad experience with Best Movers. Our stuff was put into a temporary storage container without care or respect. Many things broken, all blankets and packing material was removed, and container left in a complete mess. Employees don't seem to care about your things and are rude on the phone. Owner tried to make things right however and compensated us for the damaged items. Unfortunately it didn't come close to the actual value. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you have to use them due to government bid, make sure you purchase additional insurance.
Best Movers were able to fit my job in on the same day that I called and provided professional and friendly service!
