The staff is extremely rude, blocking our office parking lot without any prior notice. Despite calling the office to complain and receiving assurances that the issue will be addressed, no one ever returned the call. Due to this, we missed an important client meeting and had to reschedule.
Great store, friendly staff, now if only upper Management would give these guys an A/C unit for the store front. They've earned atleast that!
Great staff behind the counter, terrible staff in the yard. Well I shouldn't say terrible, it's truly hit or miss. Overall I really like the service they offer.
It was good service, I received damaged steel! Why I don't know. I asked the worker to get a new one which he did!
To me the clerk seemed very slow and confused. Parking is terrible but the forklift driver and helper were helpful and efficient.
