They keep getting rid of the best staff. First Zia, then Chris and then I hear they got rid of Breanne too. How can you run a business when you not only go through staff so easily but when you finally do have good staff you get rid of them. Poor choices made by this company. This is one of the most expensive if not the most expensive dispensary in maple ridge, the only reason I came here was because of the great service! But now with the new supervisors and the good staff leaving I’m going to probably have to take my business elsewhere.
Twice now that I have ordered online, paid and waited for curbside. Twice they have brought me out the wrong product and wrong order. I cannot go inside, yet they ask me too. I'm using curbside for a reason. Time and time again these guys prove to not have their stuff together. Seed and stone deliver, spirit delivers, and a few others deliver. You get exactly what you pay for. My go to is seed and stone, way cheaper and they actually have what they sell online. Wow what a concept.
I couldn’t be more disappointed in this company. The “so called” supervisors are actually pretty shiit and the enthusiasm of the store has definitely changed since the beginning of the summer. You can feel the tension. Also the most expensive dispensary in town, you can literally get the same products and amounts at any other dispensary for cheaper. Surprised they made it this long being the most expensive.
Nice store layout and friendly staff .a good selection of products and well organized.my reason for the three stars is the relatively high price you will pay for all their products which are cheaper at other locations. I changed to a 5 star because the employees are always super friendly and don’t disappoint when I come in and they are open to 11 pm which is a game changer
I'm not super experienced with edibles, enjoying one every couple of months or so, so when the brand and flavor I usually go for wasn't available, the blonde dude didn't get a name who helped me was super patient and incredibly helpful explaining the different types and mixes so that I was making an educated decision.
