The credit union offers a full range of financial services. Our lending decisions are made locally and we have money to lend to meet your financial needs.

Products offered through CFS: are not NCUA/NCUSIF or otherwise federally insured, are not guarantees or obligations of the credit union, and may involve investment risk including possible loss of principal. Investment Representatives are registered through CFS. Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union has contracted with CFS to make non-deposit investment products and services available to credit union members.

Done with this place. Always went to Credit Unions cause they have always been better then banks. This one makes banks look good. Can never get to my money when I need it. Even using debit/credit card. Last straw was today when I bought groceries and it declined twice. Used a credit card to purchase and then get home to find out they took the money out of my account anyways. So i got charged TWICE because Pacific Crest can’t seem to get it together. Woukd be zero stars ut have to have at least one to post a review.

They take days to process trans actions and then when you call them because there automated system isn't working for you they say try this number or that one and oh if you ask for a loan they put you on a phone for a couple of hours to even apply for one sorry but not sorry this bank sucks and you shouldn't waste your time like I did go to us bank, Wells Fargo, or rogue credit union

Im happy here. Financed my truck. Also willing to help if you have a problem. Bit slow on getting my Debit card to me. Wish the ATM's where updated. Sucks filling out deposit envelop to deposit in ATM. Update ATM's please.
