The staff was beyond 5 stars!! Very caring and personable. Emily at the front desk was outstanding!! Her friendliness was wonderful! My technichians were also very kind! Sheila I think that was her namethat gave me the shot in my eye was excellent!! Thank you all so much for the kindness you showed me.

My experience was life shattering and devastating. I experienced severe pain in my left eye which still continues to this day. Also, my eyelid will not open in the morning which requires me to use my hand to open the eyelid. I would not recommend this clinic and am most unhappy with my results.

I have to write a review for the service, care I received for my cataract surgery! From the front desk to walk out was very professional, but kind! You don’t always get both, I did! Doctor William Gruzensky was kind ask if he could say a prayer before surgery, I appreciated that so much! I felt cared for! My experience was excellent. The whole team at Anchorage office was informative and completely professional. I would highly recommend coming to Anchorage to have cataract surgery. I chose topical procedure, it went great!
The whole experience was excellent! The staff were kind and professional! And after the less then 10 minute procedure, I now have perfect vision again!!!!

I love PCLI! The entire staff is caring and considerate. I had cataract surgery done here as well as a YAG procedure. I love Dr. Ford and Dr. Barney. My vision is back to normal! I’m so happy. I would not hesitate to recommend PCIL for cataract and laser treatment.
