It's really dumb that they won't help a person that got hurt in another state although they have insurers and it's a workman's comp case they refuse service and I have to dive 200 miles just to get surgery people like this should just close up shop I though doctors were supposed to help people but all they care about is helping themselves!!!! Thanks for nothing.

Dr. Boyea performed right thumb joint replacement with good results. Thumb healed well with usefulness restored.

This doctor is lousy. Bedside manner is good and while he knows procedures his ability to do them properly is less than satisfactory. After 3 surgical procedures, I am left with one crooked finger (it was straight before) and one that does not work after joint replacement in both. He did not sew the flap of the joint straight on the one finger used the wrong joint on one and after leaving me with a boutonnière deformity and redoing it, it won't bend. I have seen other results that are just as deficient as mine.
