The best customer service from any ski/snowboard shop I’ve been to in Edmonton!! Jim and his team are super helpful and knowledgeable and there is a wide selection in the store to chose from! Amazing customer service with many employees that are friendly and eager to help out.
First time visiting the shop. Referred by a friend. Service was amazing. Very knowledgeable staff. Just getting into skiing. They set me up with all the gear needed and educated me throughout the entire process. Will for sure be back for all my skiing needs. Highly recommend.
The service was outstanding at Pacesetter. All the staff went above and beyond to make sure my son got skis that were perfect for him and did and outstanding job tuning up my old skis.
