Fritz Ski Haus

Bought a pair of ski boots before this winter season. I have wide feet and bunions. Fritz and Joey were so patient to find the proper boots for me. They did at least three adjustments to make sure the boots are comfortable for me. I have wearing them for this season without issues.

My wife and I Bought ski boots this year at Fritz and they are the best fitting and most comfortable boots I have ever warn. All day comfortable. They had to do a little molding to get it right for my feet but they are masters and I am so happy. My wife bought boot with a foot warming system included by the manufacture and she is extremely satisfied with the boot and the fit. They spend a lot of time with us getting us the right boot and skill fit. Best decision we ever made buying skiing equipment. 100% -- THANK YOU FRITZ SKI HAUS!!!

Bought a pair of ski touring boots from Fritz’s. It took a couple rounds of punch/pressing out the boots, but they fit great now. Super great customer service through the process & they’ve been super friendly & helpful with other questions I’ve had! Highly suggest Fritz’s!

Great service, and super friendly. Took the time to fit my boots perfect and get them punched out and heat molded, and it's like skiing on clouds. Patched a deep gouge in my bases up when several other local shops turned me away and they've been going strong for two years now. Also my go to for a quality wax and a tune. Highly recommend!

After skiing in boots that just didn't work with my feet, I decided to go where all the reviews told me to. As soon as I walked in, someone was ready to fit me with some boots. After trying on several pairs I found some Dalbello Panterra 120's that really felt great. Fritz came out after I mentioned I wanted custom insoles and heat molding. I think he's the only person who tells you not to buy something you may not need. He told me to come back after skiing just in case it wasn't necessary. Turns out I won't need the insoles, but I will definitely go back for heat molding my liners. Super happy with the service and friendliness of the staff there. I recommend it to anyone with pain in their feet!

Best ski shop in Alberta. When other ski shops tell you to see Fritz for boot fitting you know that’s true. You’re gonna find the perfect boots, skis and equipment here for reasonable price. The servicing is unmatched, they return to OEM spec unlike other places that cheap out on repairs. Highly recommend, been coming for a decade.

Just the most amazing service. Got the brake pads for my skis repaired in a couple of days and had them waxed and sharpened as well. Very friendly people. They also sell apparels, skis, snowboards, boots and everything you need to be ski and snowboard ready.

Fritz ski haus is one of the few ski shops in Edmonton that greet you warmly when you first walk in. I went to the shop in early March 2021 and enjoyed one of Fritz's wonderful stories from when he was traveling to the factories to evaluate ski manufacturing quality. He told me that Joey had taken over operations of the shop and Joey helped me chose some gear, of which he had an excellent amount of practical knowledge and experience with. We found what I was looking for, I never felt rushed or pressured. The pricing is fair and even better than what you would find online, the service is trustworthy, and the stories are endearing. I'm glad Fritz was my first and last stop of the day.

After a long hiatus from skiing, my skis needed to be tuned and my bindings needed to be replaced. I returned to a shop that I knew was good 20 years ago, and I was not disappointed. The service was great and I was impressed with the products for all types of skier. I was most impressed by the fact that they installed my new bindings and tuned up the skis in one day! The shop is still the place to go!

I had a flat tire pretty close to this shop and since I have zero clue how to change a tire lol....I figured it wouldn’t hurt to go inside and ask one of the workers for some help. Shoutout to Joe for making my day . He not only changed my tire but also taught me the process in case I ever get stuck again. Now I’m not really a skier but hey if their equipment is as solid as their staff then I assure you, you’re in good hands!
