Quite disappointed if I’m being honest. I expected a lot better based on reviews but this was quite bland. I appreciated that it was fried nicely but the coating lacked seasoning and flavor. Fries were Costco and had no seasoning. Tenders felt like they were frozen, very thin and very dry. The sauces were also disappointing. The price was OK and the burger was quite big portion wise. Ultimately will not order again. Best fried chicken in the West Island remains Matjip, Corilla and Birdhouse.

The tenders were okay but lacked seasoning. The sauce was sweet and the mashed potato was cold and not well mashed. I was a little disappointed. The good thing is that the chicken was not oily or greasy. Poutine was ok but again the gravy sauce was too sweet

Another amazing experience at Pac Pac Mtl. The service was like no other, the staff super friendly and welcoming I felt like I was home, you can really tell how much the owners care about their customers. Perfect spot for families too The best part was knowing everything I ordered was served hot and the flavors all come together just right They add a touch of spices to fries which I loved, the Mac and cheese was on point and coleslaw salad is the perfect addition with fried chicken Can't wait to see you guys again soon

I took the Spicy Chicken Burger..Crispyyyyyy and really spicy! Loved it! Thank you very much. The service is excellent and the owner went above and beyond, taking his time to explain to us the menu and our options. Well done, I will be back.

2023 update: What a great way to start the new year. Spicy Crispy chicken sandwich, dirty fries, chicken strips and boasted chicken... yes it is sooo good, it is hard to decide. We enjoyed the extras the next day . The KitKat and Oreo Frit were the best way to finish with. One of the best places myself and my family enjoys. Earlier review below: ========================== Amazing food and very friendly staff. I have been trying different menu items and everything is very well made and tastes great. Last visit I had the spicy chicken burger with cheese, the fried chicken and the chicken poutine the last two I shared ... beside enjoying a large amount of the great food, I didn't feel stuffed later on the day like when you eat fast food. This restaurant uses high quality products for sure. It feels like a homemade meal, my whole family just love this place. Very highly recommended. I have introduced this place to friends and they became regulars.

This is the best place for halal if you looking and the owner is too great The sauce is homemade taste very delicious Highly recommended to everyone

Amazing food, the owner and his staff are very accommodating and friendly, if you guys go there get there wings, crispy and get the Nashville and bbq sauce on top of them, trust me you won’t regret it if you like sweet and spicy stuff

Food made with great chefs fingers and taste you can feel the taste of every ingredient of every item you might order.. extremely delicious!! i tried almost all of their items the care you feel in the taste is outstanding.. The service is great, hospitality, generosity and coziness.. you feel like home I extremely recommend it for any gourmet to eat with passion all their amazing dishes!! i became a daily costumer..

Came in today, while they were busy and food came hot and tasted like heaven. I really love the food here and the staff is more then welcoming and their hospitality is always on point! Love the entire experience and they have their own delivery system. Over all 5 out of 5 love it and will be definitely coming back !
