A cute Mexican restaurant in north Lansing! Pros: Fast service Friendly employees Affordable Cons: The veggies in the vegetarian Mexican style tacos were completely unseasoned. It didn’t come with any salsa or sauces so we asked for some and they gave it to us but I was shocked that they would even sell something that had literally no flavor I couldn’t even taste the salt!
Really good Mexican food in Lansing! I ordered the chimichanga for take out here but have also dined in several times. Service is always excellent and the food matches. I am excited for them to open up their Eastside location on Michigan Ave!
A very welcoming restaurant. Our first time here and will not be our last. From the welcoming we received, the fantastic food, the fantastic service this is the only Mexican restaurant in Lansing we will go to. If I could I would give them 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Pablo’s and there chips and salsa is totally the BEST ! Update: 10/16/22. We stopped in for breakfast. Very welcoming again. The BEST Mexican breakfast in Lansing! I would give them 10 stars again if I could.
Love this place always invite my family ..my friends n my grandchildren ..there no other place that the food is so authentic..I feel like home at Pablo's restaurant the best place in Lansing ..come n eat here.! Kid-friendliness: The waitress served us me n my grandchildren..ages 5 ..7 n 10.. set our table n the fork. knife n as soon as she put them in the table she realizes that she will need to move them immediately she was very responsive n friendly with my grandchildren ..love this place. ..best place Waitress treat you with respect n serve you kindly..
Awesome location and staff. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Ordered chicken milenasa, asada mexican tacos, and al pastor mexican tacos. The milenasa tasted like my abuelitas, it was crispy and flavourful. The asada tacos were very tasty. Thebal pastor tacos were very disappointing. The chips and salsa were free and delicious and they even have a spicy salsa if you ask.
Every plate I’ve ordered here has been delicious! Tonight I got the Gordita’s with rice and beans and an horchata drink. So good!Recommended dishesTaco, Al Pastor, Salsa, Street Tacos, Chilaquiles, Chips and Salsa, Pozole, Mexican Tacos, Asada

Great staff and great food. This is one of my favorite Mexicano cuisines.
Food is always fantastic, authentic Mexican food. The service is a bit lacking, though. I ordered a meal to go and told the waitress I would wait for it at a table outside because the inside was full... I waited 25 minutes then returned to the same waitress/cashier... all she said was," I'm sorry, I forgot". The burrito was cold by then, but it was still good. Shame on her.
This place is awesome! They were able to put together a catering order in short notice! The beans and rice are amazing! The fajita both steak and chicken were a huge hit as well!
