Los Tres Amigos

This restaurant was a wonderful discovery on a recent trip to Lansing. Wonderful selection of authentic Mexican meals replete with the classic Mexican restaurant interior and excellent wait staff and fair prices. Even has a full service bar. You will want to check out this local option.

Excellent service, extremely busy 5pm dinner May 5th! Great food! I was impressed because the table next to us kept asking for more chips and pop refills, for an hour after they finished their meal! And the staff stayed focused and professional.

First visit, went on a Saturday night had to wait to be seated since they were short staffed. Chips were thick and crunchy, salsa was decent, not too spicy, beef enchilada was not good, beef had a strange unappealing taste, the chicken chalupa was bland, rice was ok, refried beans had good flavor. Guacamole was had your typical flavor, nothing special. Bean burrito had good flavor, service was good. Clean restrooms. There are better options for Mexican food but might consider a 2nd visit in the future and see how it goes.

Always enjoyed going here when I was in Lansing. Took my friends last time and omg soooo good! Only issue was my friend ordered a burger and it had freezer burn. Told our waitress and she informed the cooks. She came back about 3 minutes later and asked if my friend wanted another burger and my friend said no its fine. The waitress said ok and when giving her the bill immediately removed the burger from the bill. She later said she was impressed and will definitely go back!

vegan fish tacos = 10/10. vegan chorizo tacos = 10/10. guac = 10/10. salsa = 10/10. thank you Los Tres Amigos for your VEGAN section!!! very flavorful!!! can’t wait to have again once we’re back in the lansing area.

Food was good. But mine was not even warm. Husband's food was excellent! Also ordered a strawberry daiquiri, and got a margarita that was so strong I couldn't drink it. Overall it was good and will definitely go back to try againFood: 4/5

I had the whole family with me wife and three kids and not one person finished their food. It took 30 minutes for service, but 5 minutes for the food to come out. You can tell right away that the meat was old. The pop tasted like water and the water tasted like pop. 2/10. They should be ashamed to call that authentic Mexican food.Food: 1/5

I came for class here in Lansing, and decided to order from here first time. I'm from Southwest Detroit where in my opinion, Mexican food in Southwest Detroit is authentically superior to anywhere. But this place was good as heck! The birria tacos, rice, salsas, chips and churros where so good! I'd come again.

Stopped in with a friend for margaritas and a late afternoon snack. Drinks great. Food lacked a bit of flavor but overall a good place to stop in. Looking forward to going again and trying some more menu items.Food: 3/5

If you have never been to Los Tres Amigos you are missing out. Very quick and tasty. The servers are extremely nice and good at checking in. The atmosphere is lovely and such a great place to laugh. This is my favorite place ever! Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian and there is a whole section for vegetarian food.
