Pâtisserie Cremino

A delicious variety of pastries and very kind and helpful staff! I go every time I'm in Montreal, and my family particularly loves the Cortina cake for when we have visitors. In the years I've been going I've yet to find a pastry I didn't like.

Top notch service. Amazing food. The croissants are to die for. Every time i come to Montreal i have to stop by here to pick up sweets and of course croissants for breakfast. Their petitsfours are addictive. Their cakes are drop dead delicious. I can go on and on but i suggest u get the point so get up and GO THERE aee for yourself

We do like Cremino’s cakes. Although many reviewers had left negative feedbacks about the manager/owner, I never met him during my visits to the store. We always had to deal with employees who were regular salespeople but the cakes keep us coming back Today, I was served by Olivier one of the owners or related to them and i was pleasantly surprised because Olivier took the customer service at the store to an unexpected level.

The entire pastry shop from left to right is amazing. Excellent cake, sables , croissant and the list goes on are just delicious. One can taste the real pastry and not cream and butter! The Owner, Management and Staff are very polite and helpful. Thank you Cremino for a job well done and keep up the good work. Thank you for les bushes de Noël and the cakes that I ordered for Xmas and N.Y. My guests were very happy....

We buy Cremino’s pastries and cakes since they opened in Montreal. The taste has always been consistent, and fresh. Their “petit four” is unmatched. I wish they reintroduce the food menu.

I used to love this Patisserie when it opened and I used to buy their patisseries regularly but lately I was disappointed about the quality of their products. A nice variety of cakes yes but from the first bite you recognize that it’s not fresh. I’m not happy about this review and I hope that my last visit was an exception. I’ll rewrite my comments if I decide to go back and give them another try.

NEVER BUY FROM THAT STORE!!!!!!! Owner of this place is super rude and very disrespectful. My mom ordered a cake and payed for it and when she picked it up , it looked nothing like her order smaller portion and with less fruits .The owner didnt want to assume the mistake even though pictures was shown of the actual cake took the DAY BEFORE! He got mad so he kicked my mom out of his shop! We never in our lives experienced a situation like this.Not only the owner embarrassed himself but he showed no self respect for woman. I wish i can give the store and especially the owner a 0/5 star. DONT SHOP THERE!

Don't think twice run and try their Fraisier cake.. it's light and delicious all of their cakes are absolutely tasty but my favorite one is the Fraisier.

Best cake in town it tastes so good. Very nice place and the service is amazing.

This is the first negative review I give to a food and beverage business you can check my previous reviews. Not because I have never had a bad experience, but because I know how stressful and competitive this industry is, especially during and after COVID. Today I went to cremino to pick an order that my friend already paid for, there was confusion about the status of my order, for the purpose of this review I will assume that I am the one at fault by not having the right information, however I kept my politeness, I kept my calm, until the person who seems to be the owner started acting in a very sarcastic and condescending manner, not once, not twice, but three times. Laughing off every information I try to give him to help locate my order. At some point I couldn’t let this go on, I expressed how I feel to that person: I’ve been a big fan of cremino since I was a teenager in lebanon, and here in Montreal my wife and I kept going there during COVID because we wanted our favourite pastry and sweets shop to make it. I know that cremino doesn’t care about losing me as a customer, it’s just too bad that a shop can just chase a customer out juste because they are lacking the minimum sense of customer service. Today I had an experience that is similar to a lot of the other reviewers: condescending , rude and impolite owner.
