Have been a customer since they first opened! I am a little biased because my son was one of their first employees, but nonetheless, they impressed me. Besides the delicious loukoumades, I was surprised to see that their coffee was amazing, too. The owner, Jimmy, always has a smile on his face and is always inviting. Glad to see Loukouman is doing well. I've heard they have lineups sometimes or that you have to wait, but the best thing to do is order in advance or don't go when it's busy.

Amazing service ! I think it was the manager or just an employee who served me, but he made my order without problem even if I arrived when they were closing.Really comfy place.My kind of place were I go for an snack or just studying with a good coffee.

Λουκουμάδες or Greek puffy dough-balls served with honey, walnuts, and cinnamon...that’s how the Greeks eat them. They are tasty and decadent and go down smooth with a Frappé. It’s nice to see food from common folks becoming mainstream. May I add the best ones I’ve tasted were made by my father...but Loukouman does a very commendable job.

Owner provides an excellent customer service. Puffs are great chocolate my fav and well priced.

I never tried loukoumades and thought it was like timbits, but it's a lot bigger and much better! The price is really fair and the guy serving us enlightened our day. He was so nice and even gave us samples while we waited for our order. We will definitely go back.

Great atmosphere, super clean, good service, limited seating but I like the idea of a swing in the middle of a cafe. Cakes are great but the loukoumades were a little off hard , hollow and oily. I'm used to having Puffs which are softer and fluffier but regardless I will give this place another try in the near future.

Owner was going around talking to people. Very nice and friendly. Most importantly, the loukoumans were amazing! They have many different choices to choose from. the coffee was very good too. Ambiance is cozy and clean.

It was my first time here. My first time having Mr. Puffs and it was amazing! They put rhw righr amount of cream not too little and not too much, the owner and his employees were really nice to us. It was a great experience and I definitely recommend this place to others Keep up the good work

This has slowly become like my second home. Excellent service with all the tasty snacks you really can’t go wrong here. A great ambience and atmosphere, always makes you feel welcome and LGBTQ+ friendly : Highly recommend.
