It's a small pastry shop in metro at water. I tried their bubble tea with an onion & cheese pie. They don't have a lot of vegetarian choices! Their bubble tea is delicious I chooses the Litchi one because it's already without milk, i don't like tea with milk! This delicious drink is recommended! They have actually an offer 2 bubble tea at 7$! The employes was friendly and helpful.
Am not exaggerating but I was having withdrawal symptoms when they were closed in the lock down it my kind of comfort food, yet I prefer their sweets than the pastry. Cheap, tasty, good location, clean friendly and variety what more u need?!
One one my quick go-to snack when I studied at Dawson. This cocobun store is located just before Metro Atwater Station and inside of Alexis Nihon mall. Likes: 1. Clean store and well organized. 2. Wide variety of food and tastes good. 3. The place smells delicious and will make you hungry. XD. It goes all the way to the metro sometimes. 4. Bubble tea has discounts depending on the day. 5. Good price. 6. Nice staff. 7. Not so busy and not much people buying at the same time. 8. There's a mini cafeteria if that's what it called. Dislike: 1. No wifi. There's a mall wifi but not the store wifi.
The poster outside said it was 7$ for 2 milk teas but they charged me 9$ for two cups as normal price, when I checked the bill, they refunded me again with an unfriendly attitude. They also gave me a broken milk tea cup for the customer, when I asked why my cup had a hole on it , the male staff with black shirt replied "what you gonna do about it?" Wth?? He also refuse to redo the order. With this kind of service I will never come again and I won't recommend to anyone , CoCoBun needs to re-manage their staff
The variety and freshness of its products is good, but it is not clean and tidy enough. You can easily see many flies there.
Harmony is better in Chinatown and slightly cheaper on some aspects. But hey there's no parking in Chinatown and this place is way more convenient. Plus it's at metro level so no waking outside. The selection is also different from Harmony. What I really like to get here is the coconut bread. I gave it to coworkers and they all love it. :
Been a frequented here since 2014 and it's always been great. Some times of the day there are practically no options left, so go during quiet hours. The teas are always great with good tapioca pearls and the buns are always fresh. They sell cakes and little snacks too. Please bring back the chocolate chip braided pastry with the glaze on it it was your best one.
Everything was freshly baked, drinks were refreshing. Highly recommended spot on the go!! They're located in the metro
I enjoyed shopping there, it was my first time so I chose a few items to try. The prices are reasonable, and I liked being able to choose the goods for myself at my own pace. How the store is arranged is very convenient. A great place to pick up food at a moments notice for your morning office meetings.
Always a great experience, love all kind of delicious buns
