I have been a regular patron at this establishment for over 3 years since I relocated to Sudbury, largely based on the consensus reviews posted online ranking the restaurant as the premier local dining spot. My initial experiences were incredibly favorable and I continue to recommend the roasted pepper soup, pizzas, and lunch sandwiches. However, I have observed a dramatic drop off over the last 6 months in service level, courtesy, and meal quality. As examples, I cite problems such as my daughter finding hair in her sandwich yesterday, steak ordered medium rare served as medium well done, and fragmented/delayed  entreé delivery, and certain discourteous servers and busboys. I truly hope that the ownership and management team find my observations helpful and constructive in their quality control and assurance processes to elevate their restaurant back to the level I experienced at my initial visits.

I couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. But if I could, I would want the owner to consider a corkage fee. Other than that, this restaurant runs very smoothly, and the food was delicious.
