I placed a delivery order through the mobile app for a large iced coffee with almond milk substitute, no sugar, 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla, and 1 shot of expresso and did not receive what I ordered at all. No expresso, no vanilla, no almond milk, nothing!! I'm allergic to milk, hence ordering almond milk! I also ordered an iced coffee with no sugar and 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla and didn't receive that either. No vanilla, nothing! Along with 2 farmers wraps with sausage which I didn't receive instead they gave me bacon which I can't eat and now my entire order, that I paid extra for to be delivered properly, is screwed up. Also, this is not the first time this has happened. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED!! I'm very upset and highly disappointed! They should do better or take themselves off of delivery!!! I paid for what I didn't receive!! Worst tims I've ever had and rude service as well!! Do better!!
Every time I go to this Tim Hortons the customer service is abhorrent. They refuse to take any accountability if they don’t make your order right and they will lie about it then argue with you. Today I ordered a friend’s iced coffee made with chocolate milk. The coffee was clearly not made with chocolate milk so I asked the woman who made it to remake it with chocolate milk the then told me she did make it with chocolate milk. I tried the coffee and it did not taste like it was made with chocolate milk and sent a picture to my friend, who regularly drinks iced coffee, she said it was definitely too light and likely made with a different type of milk. I asked a different employee to remake the iced coffee with chocolate milk, she went to the back and came back with the same coffee stating that the other worker said she made it with chocolate milk, I told her I tried it and it wasn’t made with chocolate milk. They offered to put “more” chocolate milk in if I had an issue and I said no I’ll let my friend try it to see if she agrees with me there wasn’t chocolate milk in the coffee. My friend tried the iced coffee and said it was definitely made wrong and went in to get it remade and got ignored by the employees.nAnyone who has allergies or intolerance to food or dairy should avoid this location because they will lie to your face and refuse to remake your order. Similar situations happen almost every time I go to this location and I’m just sick of it.
Two days in a row this location has not had their regular staple coffee drink items. It is really frustrating that ANY Tim Hortons be out of coffee - it's your number 1 product. All over Sudbury this is happening. Come on corporate TH, get your franchises back to better operations.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich and was very disappointed. The bread was hard and poorly prepared, with big chunks missing and falling apart. The egg and cheese were just thrown together without care. For the price, I expect at least a decent sandwich, but this was not edible. Very poor quality and no attention to detail.
i am writing to report a deeply troubling incident at your tim hortons location. on my recent visit, i purchased a donut and an iced capp for a woman who was clearly in need and was inside the store with me. after i paid, i noticed that every other customer before me received their baked goods immediately, but my order was deliberately delayed. when i asked for my donut several times, the employee refused to hand it over for minutes on end.nafter that, i stepped outside and saw the woman come out without the iced capp i had bought for her. i asked what happened, and she told me they refused to give it to her. i went back in and asked for the iced capp i paid for, explaining that it was mine and that i had just been there a couple minutes earlier. the same tall male employee at the counter refused again, saying she was not allowed in the store. i told him, “i have the bank statements,” and that the drink was mine. after arguing back and forth, he finally gave it to me.nthis same employee also refused to give another paying customer, a man experiencing homelessness, an extra honey for his tea, even though the man asked politely and offered to pay. this pattern of behavior shows clear disrespect and a lack of compassion toward vulnerable people.nthis incident is unacceptable. no staff member has the right to deny a paid order or discriminate against any customer. a prompt investigation into this employee’s actions needs to be held immediately. this location has also been consistently slow, with old coffee and long wait times causing people to miss their buses.ni will never be returning to this facility again. this issue will be brought to corporate headquarters and, if necessary, to the news, as the treatment i witnessed was inexcusable. this location urgently needs retraining and oversight in basic decency, respect, and professionalism.
