Tim Hortons

I ordered a blt on a bagel, waited at the window for 5 minutes all the employee said during the entire transaction was the price, no “thank you” or “have a good day” even after having left a tip and being sure to thank them and say have a good day. Get to my destination thinking I’m going to enjoy my bagel all to see it’s not only their manners they forgot they also forgot most of the bacon on the blt, when did it change to only 1 slice cut in half??

My order is wrong almost every time I go here. Ask for ice coffee with milk? Always cream. Ask for caramel? It’s plain. Ask for a plain timbit in the box? None to be found. Please just make my order right like at least half the time…

Kudos to the staff who not only have to serve customers who are in a hurry but they also have to deal with altercations, people wandering in off the street and aggressive behavior. In the short time I was at this location the staff was dealing with a busy lunch hour as well as having to escort on the ruly potentially violent people out while maintaining a pleasant attitude. There should be security here and I hope that the staff is well paid because they are not just servers... They are doing security, intervention and de-escalation. Good job guys. You handled it beautifully

This location is always bad news in some way or another. Today it was just awful. At the sandwich station this girl was so sloppy, slow, and unorganized, and so another staff member offered her help with the orders, but the girl said she didn't need any help. There were two people ahead of me and I was inside for 13 minutes . The drive thru was chaos too. My bacon and egg breakfast sandwich looks so gross. The staff aren't very friendly at all.

I have a serious query about pricing. Today I went to your Tim Hortons and ordered a medium DD with quarter French vanilla and was charged for medium French vanilla instead of M DD with 1/4 Fv. If i order Medium DD with 1/4 FV why shall i be paying for full price of FV, it happened with me just 30 mints before writing this review. When I asked the employee why am I being charged for Medium FV when I just wanted quarter cause it got in to my mind and said why can’t you do that the employee said I’ll get you my supervisor. The supervisor named ‘Akhlaq” rather than being helpful argued with me with an aggressive tone. As if I the customer is absolutely wrong and my concern is not genuine at all. its just a $1 doesn’t matter but the supervisor’s attitude was very rude. Never going again to this Tims.
