Tim Hortons

I used to be a regular at the Tim Hortons on Cedar Street in Sudbury, and for the most part, I've had consistently good experiences. The service was always friendly and efficient, and I never really had any complaints. However, my recent visit was a completely different story.nToday, I ordered a wrap, and unfortunately, it wasn't made correctly. I called the store, understandably frustrated, to explain the issue. Instead of being met with understanding and an apology, the representative on the other end was incredibly rude. They didn't seem interested in addressing my concern properly and simply told me to come back to the store, implying they would give me a replacement. While I appreciate the offer to replace the wrap, the dismissive and rude manner in which the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. Good customer service should be a priority, especially when a mistake has been made. This experience has definitely made me reconsider my future visits to this location.

The workers are polite humans. However the quality of food and the environment are awful. The ice capp machine is not in service more than it is. And when it does work, the drink is sour. Unacceptable when its the hottest month of the year so far that cold drinks aren't available over half the time. Food is made sloppily. They don't care about allergies or cross contamination despite specifically outlining the allergywhen ordering. The downtown situation is unfortunate, and not the fault of the location, however it's incredibly uncomfortable to be in that restaurant or in the parking lot as the people come up to your car and pull on your door handle/put their hands on and through the car window. There was crud floating in our drinks. The staff just seemed zoned fully out. Waste of money cause we won't drink our drinks now with black specks of unknown origin just floating in them. One drink even had plastic chunks inside. Absolutely disgusting.

I must say my whole overall experience was really good. I ordered some coffee for me and my friends and the order came really fast less than a minute. Big thumbs up from my side. Thank you to all the hard working teams.

1.The staff really needs to learn how to prioritize orders.n2. I had ordered a chicken spicy rose flatbread pizza, and there was a pungent smell in the pizza. Of course I had an upset stomach because of that.n3. You guys need to clean the space, the counter is so dirty with dust on it, that's where you guys keep our food!
